  Yup, greasy and sugary. Know what you're getting into when you come to a place like this and set your expectations accordingly. Once you get by the fact that this food is not good for you, you'll enjoy how it tastes. Everything I've had here has been yummy. I love that they serve breakfast anytime. The dish that stands out is their desert crepes with ice cream. Wow, I didn't expect that at a rural greasy spoon. Parking is ample and even though it may look like it's full from the outside, there always seem to be more cars than people. Seating is basic booths and veneer tables so don't come here for atmosphere. But the waitresses are all friendly and the food is good.

  Until recently, this was the Huddle House.  It's connected to the Exxon station and is the second American House of Pancakes - "AHOP" as we like to call it (the first is in Sweetwater).  AHOP is much better than Huddle House...still greasy and sugary, but in a nicer way.  ;-)  They have a very diverse menu: a little Southern, a little diner, a little Mexican.  Most of it's pretty good. The hours are very convenient.  Highly recommend the ice cream crepes for dessert or late-night snack.
