This is a great facility to rent for your next large event. Â The hall has an open floor plan, kitchen, bar, and raised stage for a live band/DJ. Â Â
We came here to celebrate a family wedding anniversary. Â The hall looked really nice with all the decorations. Â You can make the hall look how ever way you want it. Â In fact, our cousins had all the tables and chairs covered with white linen and silver decorations. Â Even the ceiling was covered with decorations. Â There were tables filled with desserts, favors, pictures, sign in poster, and pictures of the couple with friends and family on the wall. Â The buffet line was on one side of the room and a DJ on top of the raised stage on the other with all the tables and dance floor inbetween. Â
You can bring your own food or have it catered. Â They had the food catered and it was so good!! A variety of delicious home cooked Filipino food!! They had it set up buffet style near the kitchen. Â They also had water and sodas, but you can also order alcohol beverages at the bar. Â Â
Bathrooms were really clean. Â They even had chairs and a sofa, which was nice for those who needed to nurse their baby. Â
Overall, we had a great time. Â Great party with great food and company!
As the proud parent of a Veteran it is good to know that there is somewhere I can go for support or just to hang and have a good time. I really enjoy the first of the month breakfast they have. I have also been to a few good dinners. They give you a lot of good food and the raffles are nice. Great company too.
Review Source:Someone had told me that you could get a good burger here. What they didn't tell me was that it was whenever they felt like making it. I walked in in hopes of scoring said burger and was denied. Turns out they have a calendar of food for a couple of weeks and you just have to land it correctly. They have various forms of comfort food and as you guessed it, the clientele is on the older side. No one even batted an eye at me though and were content to let me go about my way. Now if I can figure out when the burger comes around next!

TheAmerican  Legion Post 419 offers an open to the public lunch deal that is one of the best in town.  $5.50 ($5 if you mention the yelp discount) for a choice of 3 different entree items, coffee or tea and dessert.  I went for the egg salad sandwich, chips and cheesecake!  Staff is friendly too!
The hall is circa 1950's Santa Clara, but I feel honored to have lunch with some of the truly great American veteran Heroes!
Cheeseburger? Â Santa Clara? The American Legion, Post 419 has the Valley's Best! It's called, The Brenda Burger...a blast from the past! Â The magic begins in Brenda's kitchen at the Post 419. Â
Lunch is served Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Â Just ask for BB and cheese...or anything else on the menu!
Take it from this old Vet, you will be happy and you will be helping our Veterans and today's men and women in uniform.
Five stars for what it is. Â We attended a wedding here. Very clean, good parking, big & long bar, good sized kitchen & food serving area, and very friendly servers & bartenders. With the tile ballroom floor, it is more like a nice school cafeteria. Â But, nice for what it is. Â Probably very reasonably priced room & catered food.
