Paid $12 for all you can bowl from 9pm-close on sunday-thursday. Played  7-10 games straight. Pretty good deal if you ask me.

The food quality and food staff is mediocre at best. Long wait times on busy days. Literally one person cooking food in a packed bowling alley. Bar and beer selection is limited. On the other hand, the bowling staff is really friendly and helpful. AMF has  a large selection of bowling bowls and well-oiled lanes. Great place to bowl on the cheap.

This review is almost exclusively for that fact that I paid something like $16 for "nachos" that the employees at the snack bar stood around staring at each other like they didn't know what in the world a plate of nachos was.

I later learned that it was probably because they did not, in fact, know what a plate of nachos was.

The menu said that they came with chicken, jalapenos, beans, sour cream, nacho cheese and olives {i think}.

I received a plate of tortilla chips covered, nay, drenched in season salt (what in the actual ****. Season salt?! On salty tortilla chips!?), lightly doused in cheese and a very small handful of chicken.

I'm allll about that fake nacho cheese, but please.

They were nice about hosting a large group (came here for a fundraiser) and everything looked clean by bowling alley standards. The music was silly (early 2000 pop songs...) which was...a throw back???

went here on a saturday afternoon for a bowling date. there were plenty of lanes, lots of arcade and claw games for the kids, and huge projector screens where they play music videos (pop - for the kiddies). I think this is pretty standard for the AMF chain and although we had a great time, there wasn't really anything about the service, location, or other features that make this an exceptional or bad place. you get exactly what you pay for here.

I went here on Saturday night with my boyfriend and two of our friends. One of our friends actually found this place on Yelp and thought it would be a nice place to try so we went for a night out. Bowling has become pretty pricey these days so we were expecting to pay a decent amount for our night out. When we got there the employee told us of some package options we had and we decided on one of those instead of paying by the hour. Paying for a lane for an hour would have been $35 plus about $8 for shoe rentals for the four of us and the package deal we got was $65 dollars for 2 hours of bowling which included shoe rentals, popcorn and soda for $65. It was a great deal!
We had such a fun time! There was many lanes here so I could not see it getting busy to the point that you would have to wait for a lane. The lanes were all neat and clean and all worked properly, thankfully no technical difficulties like we usually have! They have big screens that they play music videos on which was a nice touch. The music was so random, from Justin Bieber, to Britney Spears, to some 90s dance music, hard core rock, and some rap- definitely something for every taste of music! My girlfriend and I had such a fun time dancing to all the music between our turns (and also as we bowled!). After 10 o'clock they turned down the lights and it was glow in the dark bowling which was a nice touch. Anything white would glow, it was fun to see your socks, shirts, and even teeth, glowing in the dark.
A great recommendation of a place to go for a fun night with great package deals. They also have a full bar there as well if you are looking to really have some fun!

    No, just no.

My friend had passes for what we thought was a "free" game at any time.  We only expected to have to pay for shoes, no biggie.

We went to the counter and showed them the "free" passes we had, they said that was only for "off-peak" games.  I asked if this was the LIRR, they said no, I questioned what "off-peak" bowling is.  They explained no games after 6 PM.  Um...Okay.  I would like to mention that this was not mentioned ANYWHERE on the passes we had.  So we walked out and took our business elsewhere.

    Sorry about all the quotations.

We went here on a Wednesday night and they hadn't devoted their whole entire alley to league bowling like the first couple of places we tried. (Side note: Don't go to Rockville Centre Lanes unless you ARE a leaguer. They are rude as hell about the very idea that you want to give them some money.)

And we ordered two games plus rentals for seven people and the first thing they did was tell us about this special they were running where we got unlimited bowling for two hours, rentals included, a pizza pie and a pitcher of soda for almost the same price. Also, they let us spread into two lanes for no additional cost. They let us pick out all of our balls and put on our shoes before they turned the lane on to start the two hours.

They brought us our pizza and drink immediately and were friendly and helpful the whole time. We had my four-year-old niece with us, bowling for the first time, and they fetched her ball from where it got stuck in the gutter with a laugh.

We were surrounded by people who all observed AT LEAST the one-lane-over rule. The lanes were clean and beautifully waxed with no divots or leans. The machines all functioned with absolutely no malfunctions. There were plenty of balls available in every size and weight range.

The rest of the alley was bowling pretty quietly, but they didn't seem to have a problem with our more raucous bowling habits involving screaming, cheering, flash photography, hugs and picking each other up.

In short, I think I'm in love. Even the bathroom was clean (though the seat could use a replacement in the ladies' room).
