Planned a group outing here (10 people). Couldn't get anyone to call me back after leaving messages for group reservations. Finally reserved a non-group rate, just to have the lanes. Fri night at 7 PM I'd say there were 8-10 lanes being used - not the busiest.
I was a little bummed that our computer screen kept going black, but even more bummed that our games cut off on the last person twice (we paid for two games, not for a timed amount). With all that said, the group had a blast and the place is well kept. We'd come back again, but probably try for the Monday night deal.
Note the website prices are a little different than in person, as there are more options, but plan about $14 a person on peak times.
I can really only comment on Monday nights here, its the only day I go. But a decent way to spend a Monday night. Dollar games of bowling and dollar shoes at 9pm, and at 10pm theres karaoke in the bar. Its a fun crowd where everyone knows everyone {about 70% regulars} and are usually quite friendly. Great place to have 2 dollar pabsts and sing some karaoke. 2 pool tables upstairs and now they have 2 tables set up for beer pong!! 2 dollar pabsts and beer pong = good night.Sign up to sing early as it fills up quick.
The bartenders are attentive and personable, in fact you might even be able to catch one singing during the night. Exclusive productions, the company that presents karaoke, often has contests that include cool prizes and bar tabs and whatnot.
Watch out at the end of the night though, the police station is down the block.
