Stopped in about 6PM on a Saturday. My wife had the Prime Rib and I had a full rack of ribs. We both thought the food was great - the best ribs I'd had in a very long time - the meat fell off the bones. I gave the server a cash tip. Later when i checked my credit card online I discovered that a tip had also been added to my bill. I called and a manager corrected the error but I don't think the explanation given for the double billing was credible. Anyhow I was told Tuesdays are all you can eat ribs and I should stop by so they could compensate me for the mix up with the credit card. On Tuesday my bill was reduced $10 which I was appreciative of but the ribs were no where near as good as those I had Saturday night. They were not cooked thoroughly, the meat had to be torn off the bones, and the quality of the meat wasn't the same, nor as flavorful. The service was acceptable and the atmosphere was sports bar. The number of patrons at the bar was five times the number seated at tables, and that was four.
