  Need to speed up their service. I was by myself and only ordered a side salad and a basket of wings and it took almost 20 mins to get my food. Saw at least one person who ordered after me get their food before me. That is backwards.
  
  Probably won't be back because of the slow service and the fact that the music was just way to loud. I understand the that they are a bar & grill, but it was still to loud.

  Let's start this off with I really DO NOT like Applebees, but this branch may have changed my attitude about it! We ordered there 2 for 20 meal deal and asked for the steak to be RARE, it came out damn near well done.  They fixed it, and gave us free desert! Wow that is hard to find anymore! a manager who gives a shit!!  This woman said she was sorry and got desersts for us... what else could you ask for other than free food!?

  Good food at reasonable prices. Nice deals on their lunch soup / salad combo. Best item on the menu is the spinach shrimp salad with bacon dressing.

  I used to like Applebees a lot growing up.
  Then I hated it.
  But then I had a gift card for me and my wife's anniversary and I was pleasantly surprised with the food when we ate there just a week ago.  I actually got an appetizer combo for my meal....everything was good.  The Wonton Tacos were the bomb!  Must have more!

  Applebee's is no better than McDonald's. They are living proof that millions spent advertising poor food will bring in millions of sheep to graze on the garbage they sell and bleat about how good it is... A living testament to the lack of taste of the American consumer.

  A couple of friends and I met here for lunch.  We were quickly seated and our server appeared in short order.  The food was good, service was awesome and I hope I win the grand for doing the online survey.  Not a bad choice in this area of Springfield.

  I remember when Applebees opened in Springfield. Yeah, it was a big deal. We were all excited. Springfield was growing, a frontier just realizing her possibilities... ha.
  
  Well, not exactly, but this restaurant really kick started all the development over in that area... even if it is a chain. My school bus used to go out through the area and it was all cornfields, now it's all box store sprawl.
  
  The food is decent. And they have half price appetizers after 10 PM, perfect for groups of people.
  
  It's not the best place in the world, but hey, whatever, it's good for a late night hang in Springfield when everything else is closed?
