Arby's Roast Beef Restaurant

An odd choice for a review I know, however this Arbys desires every bit of recognition that it can get. As a frequent traveler I understand the need to get food on the go, however if you have time come in and sit/stay a while! This particular restaurant (to be clear I do not speak for the entire chain) consistently has impressed me with their above and beyond customer service, repeat customer recognition, and overall atmosphere. During my last visit I even saw the shift/store(?) manager come out from behind the counter to make small talk with each table and check on the quality of each item in every customers order. As a product of our fast food nation my initial reaction was simply WTF is going on here. However, as any good student of customer service should be cognizant of this practice and commitment is extremely uncommon among many chain restaurants nationwide. I'm not saying this is a complete anomaly, however it is a very welcome one! If you are planning on a fast food meal near the University of Notre Dame or just off the IN Toll Road you couldn't make a better choice for a fast meal with the friendlies staff you can find.
