We had brunch here yesterday for the first time. We heard about their pizza and had the Big Kahuna. We are hard food critics (especially my spouse) but were not disappointed!!! The pizza dough was so soft and delicious; the toppings complimented the pie so well and we were left wanting more! We also ordered the Coronado Cobb Salad which was fine--nothing too special but it was what I wanted. Service was prompt & friendly.
We will def return and especially since they deliver, I'm sure we'll be trying all their pizzas!
For the third and LAST time, I called for delivery...and was put on hold for nearly 30 minutes while they waited for the kitchen to close. Was planning to order something simple. This is ridiculous! While on hold called from my boyfriend's phone at exactly midnight at was told everything was shut down and getting cleaned. Let them know that I was still on hold on the other line and had called way before they closed and told me there was nothing they could or would do, asked for a manager and was hung up on.
During last summer ordered from them once a week, now they are losing that business. Very hesitant on giving them another chance.
Happened to a couple of friends too...and they've lost their business. When in Depot Town my friends will go to Sidetracks or Woodruffs first or get in their cars and drive before going to Aubree's.
Just so disappointed...
Aubree's has the best pizza in town! You could not keep me away from this place before I stopped eating meat. I was borderline addicted to their soft, buttery Aubree's bread, and pepperoni pizza with flavored wheat crust that they somehow made delectable.
Their specialty pizzas are well priced, and offer a nice variety to fit your foody desires. An honorable mention is the Big Kahuna, which is a BBQ chicken pizza with veggies made using their own Frog Island BBQ sauce. And while I'm not big in burgers, they do offer veggie patties, and have a build your own burger option! As far as soda goes, Aubree's has bottled Faygo, which is expensive if you want a few refills, but I love it.
I have consistently received attentive and helpful service here, even on the busiest of nights. This Aubree's is located in a college town, so the crowd is usually young and lively, but that has never taken away from my experiences here. I vastly prefer this location to the Aubree's on Whittaker, which has a much older crowd and a completely different atmosphere.
Depot Town Aubree's is great place to have some fun, and enjoy some good food and drinks. And if you're too lazy to visit the restaurant, Aubree's delivers!
