Auntys Lil Green Hut

Cute little place and absolutely loved their sugar cane juice!  Definitely the best sugar cane juice I've ever had and they really know their stuff and took the time to explain the different types and tastes of the sugarcane that they have planted their.  

Great corn and shrimp spots near-by as well, if I'm ever back in Oahu I'll definitely come back!

This food is like eating a Hug! You just feel loved afterwards. :)

My husband & I were staying at the resort down the road & got so tired of paying $$$ for food that left us feeling heavy & miserable. That's when we discovered Auntys Lil Green Hut. We started off with just breakfast - the crepes are Out Of This World - satisfying & delicious + full of flavor & nutrition. Then we washed it all down with the Green Drink (everything green and good) & the OJ Smoothie (fresh orange juice + coconut milk). HEAVENLY.

We felt so full yet energized, we ordered wraps for our hike later that afternoon! They held perfectly & kept us satisfied till dinner. I love that they're wrapped in rice paper (kind of like a spring roll) packed with fresh hummus, veggies and protein with a few sliced apples at the very bottom! Every dish comes with a sidekick of fruit for a healthy dessert.

It's so hard to treat your body right when eating out/traveling, Auntys makes it easy and delicious.

P.S. If you're lucky enough to have a chat with owner Aliitasi, please give her a hug for me! She's AMAZING. We talked everything from relationships to horticulture. This woman is a rare gem. :)

So much love in this truck! Auntie Aliitasi and her daughter Sophia run the family business, but it's so much more than a food truck. They're all about the 'aina, sustainable farming, and keeping the country country. Stop by if only to talk story, but also try their wraps. I loved their simple, healthy breakfast plate with egg, rice, and quinoa and fruit. They serve Kona coffee!!
