Yoshimura Shrimp Truck

If the craving is for shrimp, Mom and I always hit Yoshi's. I usually get the teriyaki steak plate with garlic shrimp. The food is always fresh and delicious. Mom likes the spicy style with rice and mac salad. Mmm I'm making myself so hungry.

Driving around north of the island after sunset desperately trying to find a place to stop and fill our stomachs...Yoshimura's was obviously closing down as we pull into the parking lot, but they still waved us in and prepared a fresh and amazing meal!! friendly family and delicious food. we aren't always used to that kind of warmhearted service back in seattle. thanks!!
