    Burgers are DELICIOUS!  Fries with sauce and free refills.  Prices are reasonable.  Would have given a 5 stars but they were out of chocolate shakes which I wanted to try.  Staff was very friendly.  I must definitely go back to let them redeem themselves for the extra star.

    Good burgers! They really need to be taught how to grill their buns because they fall apart and are the least appetizing part of an otherwise good burger.

    The regular cheeseburger was better than the Shem.

    Burgers are delicious!

    As others have said, the service is lacking.  Can be disorganized (like it's run by college kids).

    They need to learn to toast their buns.  Disappointing when the burger is so good, but the bun falls apart, leaving a big mess.

    The home fries (crazy fries) are amazing.
