Burgers are delicious!
As others have said, the service is lacking. Â Can be disorganized (like it's run by college kids).
They need to learn to toast their buns. Â Disappointing when the burger is so good, but the bun falls apart, leaving a big mess.
The home fries (crazy fries) are amazing.
Well the service was the very worst I have has in a long time. The lack of organization and the consistently incorrect orders (about ten while we were there for over an hour) was astonishing and I am sure costly. The girl that seemed to be doing orders and taking payments when I finally had to go up to the grill window to get onions on "my" burger (that comes standard on it or at least it supposed to) she tried to hand me our order(apparently they turned our order in twice after the thirty minutes it took to put it in)
When I told her that we already had our food she was like trying to tell me but no this is yours. Then when I explained to her that one of the other girls took our order and then walked over to her and told her that she was going to have the kitchen start on it since it had been so long) she abruptly replied "no one walked over to me" with a very snippety attitude to boot!!! Really!!! Wow if they keep running and staffing like this, this place won't be here long.

I love supporting local business and it is really easy to do when the people and the food are this great!
I always intend to explore more of the menu but the basic cheeseburger is just soooo good. The fries and "special sauce" are also a hit.
Even on opening night when the line was out the door, I've never waiting longer than 15 minutes for my food.
We went there the first week it opened and had to wait about 50 minutes to get in.  Once we ordered and sat, it was about 15-20 minutes for our food to arrive.  I had the  Teri burger with fries and a salad - the burger was fabulous, cooked perfectly and incredibly juicy.  The fries were good and the salad was huge for only $1 extra.  We went back a couple of weeks later and had another excellent experience without the wait.  The food does generally take 15-20 minutes to arrive, but each order is made fresh so the wait is worth it.
Review Source:Seven Brothers is run by the sons of the owner of the famous Kahuku Grill.
Their cheeseburgers have a lot more flavor than when I last ate at Kahuku Grill. Free soft drink refills are always a plus. The new business is growing. I've been there twice in my first week. Loving it so far.
They do not take credit cards... Freaking unbelievable, we waited in line for 15 minutes to find out they didn't. They kids don't know how to run a restaurant as it was really unorganized and everyone in the staff was running around. My friend got there before us and he waited 30 minutes and nothing
