Thai Food Truck

We are now food truck experts of the north shore and this place takes the cake.  Hands down the best food truck I have dined at.  Servings were large, prices reasonable, food AMAZING, and a cute couple who own and operate it.  We had papaya salad, some peanut chicken plate, a noodle plate, and some basil chicken.  Each one was stellar- rare among Thai restaurants which have a bunch of offerings but don't often execute each well.  We will be back this visit!  Doesn't get better!

Best pork fried rice I have EVER HAD!!! YUM!!!

I just noticed this truck appear in the lot next to the superette recently and because i'm a big fan of Thai food I had to try it. So far, I have only had the pad thai, but I can say that it's really good and I'll be back to try the other menu items! $8 for chicken pad thai and it filled up about 3/4 of those plastic take away containers, leaving the remaining 1/4 for fresh bean sprouts.  It was way more than enough to fill me up, for sure. Easy parking, there's a dirt lot in front of it you can park in.
