Baja Fresh Mexican Grill

It's a fine place, although I do have some places I would dock points. The layout is wrong. You have a register that directs the line right into a person table. There is no logical place to line up. I would also ssay that there are too many tables. You can get around the place easy to do things like hit the salsa bar, or get your soda. Tables are too tightly compressed and the people linbing up are all over.

The baja steak burrito is insane.  

People complaining about the wait....dude you can't wait 10 minutes for lunch?  Better head over the McDonalds for some quick plastic.  You can't have baja fresh food in microwave time yo!

Poorly trained staff and a manager that did not know how to work with unhappy guests. Food was consistent Baja Fresh quality but it took a few mistakes and some crappy service to get it.
