Baker's Peak Deli

I purchased a birthday cake for my mother from Baker's Peak a couple of years ago which was unremarkable. But the individual sized carrot cakes are as close to perfection as it gets.

I'm not an expert for Baker's Peak because I've only had cookies there so I don't know about their cakes and such. But their cookies are to DIE for. Especially the snicker doodle! Their cookies are huge so you won't be able to eat more than one.

My only issue? They close way too early. 3pm. Because of that and my schedule I never get the chance to go there anymore.

I wanted a fondant cake for my daughters birthday but everyone was booked up.   I was a little worried that the design was not going to look good in butter cream icing but boy was I ever shocked when I saw the cake.    The cake was beautiful!!!!    The cake decorator did an absolutely amazing job and I have to say this was way better than fondant because it was absolutely delicious.   It has to be the best tasting cake we have ever purchased on top of being the best looking cake.   I do not know how they do it but I can't thank them enough for putting together a zebra/pink leopard cake together for me on Purdue's homecoming weekend.  I will be a loyal customer forever.    This was my first time ever going to bakers peak and I found them super helpful, kind, and definately talented cake decorators!   It was a huge hit.   Everyone wanted to know where I got this cake.   Thank you so very much.   My daughter said it looked just like the photo (and it did!!).
