This is a new addition to the Purdue Memorial Union lunch-only restaurants. It's open from 11 am to 2:30. It's located where "loops" used to be right next to the urban/rural food market. I know Tasty Bite from their packaged pouches of food, specifically their Madras Lentils that they sell at Costco. So I don't know exactly how they are making the food here (opening up hundreds of packages and pouring them into one big bowl?) But it's really decent.
So far I've tried the rice bowl with the kashmir spinach and the paneer tikka masala. Truthfully, I'm not sure I loved the rice they had, so I might ask to supplant with naan next time. But the entrees themselves were quite good. And you get to add all sorts of salads/toppings on top of the rice bowl. If you used to go to the urban market for Indian on Wednesdays this is your opportunity to do it any day of the week you feel like it :D
