Had been looking for a good bbq joint and I finally found it. Wish I had found it sooner. Stopped in on a Sunday about dinnertime and ordered pork bbq with coleslaw and fries. It was a great dinner. Delicious pork bbq, incredible coleslaw and a heaping amount of fries. Did you see that I called the coleslaw incredible? It was. The people were very friendly, service was great and portions were good. Food came out in no time. I will def be going back soon and suggest you do the same.
Review Source:Great pulled pork sandwiches! The large has enough pork for 2 sandwiches. Ive also had the pit beef several times and that baby always satisfies. I stop by during lunch several times a week and will keep doing so. Good service and food comes out by the time you grab a drink. No complaints here, looking forward to trying the open face pit beef and gravy platter this week.

Finally hit the new BBQ joint and ordered it to go for myself and a family member. I went with a large Pulled pork BBQ sandwich ($6.95) Â It was so big, it made my penis jealous, and that usually takes something much larger than a pound of pork to end up feeling like that. To go with that meat (the Q not the shlong) I ordered a side of French Fires ($2.95) The fries were ok, nothing special.
My dining companion ordered the 1/4 chicken dark ($4.65) and bitched about it immediately. Apparently, they roast the chicken then just pour BBQ sauce on it. As a result, that chicken had to get broiled to chrispy'fied to the chicken. That order had a side of potato Salad ($1.95) and wasn't impressed with the really small portion of potato salad. Overall, they did not like their order, but did admit, they proffered Bald D's over the previous BBQ joint at this location (Libertytown BBQ).
Despite the other diner's opinion, I liked mine a lot and felt the amount of food for the dollar was quite a good value and would certainly eat here again.
