Bar One Beverage Catering

Bar One is AMAZING!!!! After hours of searching for a company that provided a hosted bar service at a fair price I finally ran across Bar One.  Not only were there prices amazing, Aaron the manager was very responsive and sent us a quote immediately.  On the day of the event the two bartenders came on time and were so professional and friendly.  We received a lot of compliments on how great they were.  If anyone needs a hosted bar with great prices and a professional staff look no further.  Thank you guys for making our event so successful.

Bar One was absolutely fantastic.  Aaron and his staff coordinated the bar service at our wedding, which happened on September 17th, 2011.  First of all, the premium bar service and quote that we were provided was far less expensive than any competitor that I found in the Los Angeles area.  The job done job done at the event was fantastic.  The staff was professional, courteous, and quick behind the bar.  They arrived on time to set up and cleaned everything up swiftly at the end of the evening.  The bartenders that were present were helpful and friendlThe bar was stocked appropriately so that there was liquor and beer throughout the course of the evening, all the way down to the last minute.  

I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for beverage catering needs.  

The only pointer that I have, is that if you are aware that your guests will be drinking more of one thing and less of another (for instance, mine liked Jack), make sure to let Bar One know ahead of time and they will be sure to stock those items heavier.

Bar ONE-STAR is more like it.  Because that is the level of professionalism and customer service that you can expect from this bartending caterer. Since they offer a cash bar option and only require a minimum amount to be sold, I was stoked about hiring them.  The concept is great if you need a real life bartender at your next event, but working with the "managers" was a nightmare... I'd almost rather risk having an underage, illegal immigrant serving up drinks than work with these people again.

Long story short, I signed and sent back a contract which I come to find out ONE week before the event that they obviously lost. They didn't take any responsibility for dropping the ball, AND they had the nerve to pin it on me.  WTF?!?!?  This is when I started to lose my ish. I still have the email trails and the scanned SIGNED and dated contract to remind myself that I am not crazy.

Luckily, they had an available bartender for the night of the reunion and were able to staff our event at the last minute.  The bartender was actually pretty cool and did a good job. Had the booking process been more efficient, I would be singing their praises.  Shoot, even if they admitted they effed up and apologized, I'd still be willing to recommend them.  But after that drama, I am here to say that this business gets one dull star in my book.
