I really wanted to give this place five stars... I do actually recommend this place but just had a kind of bad experience and want to warn people.. But let me just start with the good!

The food here is AMAZING. Really just.. fantastic. Awesome selection of tacos.. build your own or order one of the suggested ones. Really unique options and delicious ingredients at a very reasonable price. The tacos are big and stuffed with toppings!

Good beer and booze selection. Margaritas were yummy and decently strong. I got the blood orange and loved it!

The vibe and decor are also great.. Spray paint on the walls, really cool looking, nice layout.

So the only issue we had.. the service. Oh dear lord. I will say that this place JUST opened and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they were just understaffed. There were 4 of us and they brought 3 waters.. No big deal, right? We asked for another. Ordered our food, ate some chips and salsa. No extra water. Asked again. Got out food (the wait was slightly long but they were busy and it wasn't that bad). Asked for another water again and more chips. Finished our food.. no water. Asked the hostess and the waitress AGAIN. I mean, I would say it took almost an hour for us to get a glass of water. I wish we had just gone up to the bar to ask for one..

Honestly, this wont stop me from going back, I just really hope it was a fluke or that they get their act together because the food is really great! It was just a really frustrating experience. Mexican food and no water? Come on, now. I have been a waitress and I know that it does not take long to go to the back and grab us a glass..

I'll happily update my review the next time I go back and I really do expect that the service will be better but just wanted to warn people that there seemed to be a lack of servers and/or organization going on here. But like I said.. food is off the chain! Maybe go when it's an off time? I have heard they have good late night deals, so that could also be an ideal time to stop in.
