The Beehive Tavern & Grille

This is a great place to have drinks and appetizers. The staff is friendly and there is lots of seating. The prices are great. The beer selection is decent. Our appetizer (fried cheese) was good, but the sandwiches were very disappointing. The reuben was tiny and the hamburger came out on a non-grilled generic bun. I would skip a full meal next time, but still spend time drinking here.

What a disappointment. I went there with a friend, early afternoon, on a Sunday. There were 2 people at the bar, besides me and my friend. Luckily for us, one of the people at the bar worked there, but was visiting on his day off. The bartendar was nowhere to be found. The guy at the bar, went behind the bar, to get us a couple of beers. The bartendar finally came back to the bar and explained that they only had 4 more MGDs. This is early afternoon on Sunday and they are out of MGD?? I have been to this place a couple of times, but this was my last time. When the bartendar was behind the bar, she was at the far end, talking to the guy that worked there. It was no wonder that, on a Sunday afternoon, there were only 4 people at the bar, to watch football. There are a lot of bars in St. Charles, that will give people the attention that they deserve. Very poor management...

Not bad, But still not the best. The Wisconsin Chicken sandwich was rather mediocre. Yet the cheddar soup & loaded tater tots weren't bad. Yet lots of Red Cross & WW I, II memoribilia, etc.
