My Filipina wife, children, and I visited on a Sunday for lunch. The restaurant was surprisingly vacant (we were the only sit-down customers at lunch). On this particular day, they were not serving the buffet. There were several take-out customers during our visit.
My wife ordered 2 entrees (not appealing to  my American palate), and I ordered beef caldereta (American palate-friendly). The kids got BBQ chicken on a stick, egg rolls, and rice. We were very pleased with our meals. The food tasted great, we ate our fill,  and we had leftovers. Most entrees are $8 - $11.
The restaurant is nicely decorated, and has seating for about 60. Romel seems like a nice guy, and came out and talked with us a bit. He's been there 11 years now.
Warning / FYI: As of December 2012, they are not serving the Japanese/sushi menu. Also, we tried to stop back on another day, and they were closed (during advertised hours)...no sign / explanation on the door. Due to these inconsistencies (restaurant hours, buffet availability, menu changes), I'd recommend calling ahead so you don't get any surprises once you arrive.
I eat here all the time. Love the longsilog. Sushi is pretty good too. Owner is Filipino but is a formally trained sushi chef. I am not a big sushi eater but the few times I have tried it, like I said, it was pretty good. The Philippine food is really good. The price for the Philippine dishes is below $10 a person, the sushi can run a bit higher depending on what you want. The buffet on Saturday and Sunday is primarily Filipino food.
