I love dives, so as that goes....this is my new home. The food is WAY better than regular bar fare though. The atmosphere is regular dark bar: no one wants to be seen getting sloshed at two pm on a Monday. Waitress was dressed in tube top and daisy dukes and god bless her and her 45 year old self. Friend got chicken Alfredo and I got angel hair with meat sauce and baked mozzarella and ricotta and holy batman: that rocked. Ill be back for the pizza and to play some Hank on the jukebox!

Apparently the place doubles as a day care.  When we walked in, we waited quite a while for someone to take our order.  There was one waitress and one bartender/waitress on duty.  The bartender was quick, efficient, and fairly clean and tidy. Unfortunately we got the large blonde woman who was wearing completely inappropriate attire and carrying a small child around with her.  She was far more interested in hanging out with her family than waiting tables.  She was really awful.  The table she seated us at was dirty.  She came and wiped it down after we said something about it and then made some remark to he family about "picky customers".  All in all the food was ok.  It sat in the window for some time before she brought it to us because she was too busy playing with the child and chit chatting with her family.  It might not be such a bad place if they'd get another waitress.

Good food, rough crowd. The owner was very nice. Our food was yummy, but  I was uncomfortable. The waitress' shorts were so short her butt was hanging out. I noticed one dude leering at her butt the entire time. The place is in desperate need of a basic paint job and some new tables.

If you are oblivious to your surroundings, they have pretty cheap good food.

Absolutely LOVE Big Tony's!  Pizza is great for lunchtime, and the wings my favorite in the area!  The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite places in McKinney!!!

The bread sticks and croutons were okay, but the grilled chicken sandwich left much to be desired.  The onion rings were soft.  The pasta was bad.  The marinara sauce had a funny taste.

The service was awful - I hope she was new.  It took three "I'll be right there's" to finally come over and take our order.  She forgot to ask what salad dressing on the side salad because I didn't think she knew the lunch pasta came with it.  We asked for extra napkins didn't receive them.  She also didn't bring out the condiments we asked for when ordering when our meals came.

There are too many other options to go back here again.

I have been here several times and enjoy it. The food has always been good. I always start with chips and queso which has always been tasty. My husband absolutely loves the teryaki wings. Pizza and lasagna are great picks. The bread sticks are a little greasy but it keeps me from filling up on them. 3 stars is because service is very hit and miss. Its either really great or sucks. I have had the owner personally come out and check on us and other tables. I liked that. It is a great place to go.

A great place for getting quality food for very reasonable price! I really love the food over there. I think the lasagna I had was one of the best that I've ever had. Forget about Olive Garden! I tried the ribs as well, which wasn't bad. I think most important thing is it comes with enough quantity that make you full, but won't spend a lot. Another thing was, the margarita was only $2.50! Not the best one, but good enough for my satisfaction!

The only problem that I had was the noise. I personally don't like the noisy place, but it is an open bar, so I could not complain. Overall, good food, good price, good service, friendly owners! What more do you need?

I haven't tried the pizza here yet.  But the karaoke is fun on the weekends!  And it's next to Market Street shopping area, which was suprising.

My husband and I take pizza VERY seriously, so that being said, this is the best damn pizza south of the Mason Dixon Line!

Don't worry if you're not into pizza (blasphemy) because every single thing here is amazing, from sandwiches to salads to burgers and pasta!

We actually got in a fight about trying this place. I didn't want to go to some crappy bar in a strip mall for lunch and he wanted to check it out. This might be the best fight we ever got in! We're from Detroit so imagine our excitement when we saw car parts and an 8 Mile Rd sign hanging on the walls. We asked if the owners were from Detroit and instantly became like family.

Every time we came in (frequently, like once a week) we got a friendly handshake and, in my case, a hug from the owner. When we told them we were moving to West Texas, we got an extra big hug and were told to come back for dinner whenever we were in town.

Uh, my mouth is watering thinking about it!

You can also count on several sports games and they're happy to change one to your request, like Red Wings hockey!

Tasty pizza, tasty lasagna, buttery & greasy breadsticks (but they're free, so who cares?), and questionable Italian salad dressing.  Overall the food here is pretty delish.  I say that the salad dressing is questionable because it tastes slightly sweet to me which is not how I believe Italian dressing should be...  It's a busy lunch spot, though, so if you're coming here on a week day during lunch, so don't expect to be in and out.

If you are in McKinney and looking for a good place, go here. Its a pizza place and a bar. My gf wanted to try the place b/c they are packed on the weekend nights. They have karaoke if thats your thing. We went during a Sunday evening and when i walked in, asked if they would be showing the Indianapolis Colts game. I think they were excited someone asked if they were showing that game and asked me which tv I would like it on. Pizza is good too. I will be going back to watch the playoff games here.

The pizza was great!  The staff seemed to know everyone who walked in and the place was packed with charm.  Old car parts on the walls.  Larry met us at the door like we were old friends!
