Black Bear Saloon

I have been here many times and have never had any issues with service or food. I went again a few nights ago and it was great. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. Had the portabella chicken and margharita pizza and they were both delicious. Thursday nights the have $10 domestic pitchers.

Food was good but the service was horrible.  Went on a sat at 530 and there was two waitress in the whole restaurant. Place was dead and it still took 30 Mins for. Food and 20 mins for check to come. Almost walked our.

My friend and I had a Home Shoppers coupon for $25.00 to try the Black Bear Saloon.  Since we were shopping at the mall we decided to use it.  It was a Tuesday afternoon, the mall of exceptionally quiet and there were 6 customers in the restaurant when we arrived at approximately 1:15.  We were seated and asked for our drink order.  We asked for iced tea and coffee  We were told they had run out o iced tea and were waiting for the coffee delivery, maybe by the end of the day.  We should have walked out.  We placed our orders for appetizers which took 15 minutes to be served, another 15 minutes for our lunch, and yet another 10 minutes for desert.   We asked for the check with desert so we could leave, at this pint it was 3:00..  The waitress said her manager had to figure out the deduction because of the coupon, she would be right back.  When we finally did get the final bill  $4.00 had been added  for the non-existent coffee!!!  NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!
