New owners totally miss the mark. High prices for the location. ninviting atmosphere. The colours are that of a brothel. The food is definitely prepared by an amateur. Everything is greasy and unappetizing. The battered fried food taste like fried paste. The food is just a secondary problem. The real problem is the so called cook/manager. She is the most unprofessional individual I have ever seen. Snapping at customers, telling them to hurry up because she has things to do. She was witnessed spanking the counter person and calling him "her whipping boy". Then telling another employee "we do things Diane' s way and you are my bitch now". When I asked about accommodating special dietary needs she told me point blank that the food was what it was and if I didn't like it I could go elsewhere.
