This place is very mediocre. Very standard diner fare. It has your typical breakfast scrambles, toast, etc. Same with lunch and dinner. Chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, fries and the like.
The frozen yogurt/to go part on the outside is definitely the best part. You can get a cone at a good size for $2-3.
another local landmark - I know the owners and while she is enthusiastic, his demeanor is sometimes withdrawn - food is diner quality - great hot roast beef on whitebread with gravy on it - mmmmm / wait staff is polite and conversational and have mostly been there for decades. Rear vineyard restaurant is largely unused and given its past history, a makeover is in order so it can shine as it did years ago
Review Source:We just had a pretty nice dinner...nothing fancy, prime rib and broiled haddock entrees that were all cooked properly. Â Salad bar was pretty good too though I am not sure was worth the $2/plate up-charge. Â This is not the place for a fancy dinner, but a good place where a family or fisherman can get a decent meal.
