This is a great hotel for families, but it wasn't for me. Housekeeping was mediocre at best, the towels were thin and rough, no coffee in the room (you had to walk across the street and pay for Starbucks). The Wifi was ridiculously slow. The bedding was cheap and not all that comfortable. I stayed in the Paradise tower and I really think it could use some updating.
Review Source:Went for 6 days and 5 nights over the 4th of July holiday with my family. We had a great room, very clean and maid service was excellent especially with our 2 kids always leaving messes. Â The front desk service was good but they had a holiday BBQ Buffett offered and every time I asked about it the people at the front desk didn't know much about it but they said to purchase tickets a front desk. Â But they did an excellent job at serving a lot of people at this BBQ, DJ was excellent, even someone from management cleared plates! Â Also the kids club was great for the kids, magic show, tie dye shirts, Olympics, crafts, me blow up slide. Â The pools were great! Hot tubs were nice and hot! Really liked the lazy river but if your going for a relaxing swim here might not be the place, lots of kids horse playing in this lazy river. Â All in all I would definitely return!
One thing do not let your kids get hair braids by the lady at the pool, she told me one cost before she started then charged me $10 more at the end.
