Crocodile Rocks

Whenever the doors open, go and get a good seat!  If you wait an hour or two, sure the crowd is rowdy and the musicians are in 'Rock your Socks' mode, but you probably will have a seat in the back area where you can't really see past the row of people in front of you.

Though, once the pianos are going and the drinks are flowing, you won't even care.  These players are amazing too.  The one guy got up and grabbed his fiddle, jumped up on the piano and started playing along with 'Devil went to georgia"

Later, the same guy wailed on a keytar!   The guys were very entertaining, the bartenders friendly and the atmosphere, amazing!

I will go to Croc Rocks every single time I go down to Myrtle Beach!

I've been to a few piano bars all around the world, and this one ranks pretty high up there.

My wife and I had the pleasure of being there for a musician's last night at the bar and they definitely cut loose, enjoyed themselves that night, and brought us all along for the ride.

The place started out thin but picked up quite a bit; even on a cool February night. The wait staff was attentive but slow -- the drinks were good, affordable and the music was fantastic.

We will definitely make this a regular visit during our Myrtle excursions and eagerly look forward to getting back there in the near future.

Had an amazing time here. Great energy, reasonable drink prices and stellar performers.
