  Great bar food! Also the food had the fanciest presentation that I've seen at a bar. Also $4 a pint for craft beer is awesome. Highly recommend the Irish nachos. The whiskey river burger was tasty cooked to a perfect medium. The price was good too. The bartender was helpful and friendly while he waited our table. The ambience is pretty nonexistent though, only reason I knocked off a star.

  Worst Customer service experience I have EVER had in a newer place!!! At least when it was the Hideout and The Last Resort, We got decent service! We had every intention of having dinner and drinks and would have stayed to watch the game. But instead, we walked in sat down, and NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE even acknowledged us!!! We were at a table 5-6 feet from the bar! The bartender apparently chose to ignore us! We weren't greeted, or asked if we needed anything to drink. My guess is that there was no waitstaff. Which would have been fine if SOMEONE would have told us that! I would have been perfectly OK, walking up to the bar to order food and drinks. I worked in several bars and restaurants for MANY years and would never have let customers come in, sit down and be ignored! I would have been more understanding if the place was packed and busy as hell, but it clearly was NOT!
