Shooter's Bar and Grill

I play in a kickball league at the Lions Club next door, so this is a weekly hangout for me during the spring and summer. Drink specials are decent (for Thursdays, anyway). Food is pretty good, as well - pretty standard bar fare. Last year the service was extremely slow, but the past few times I've gone this year, I've seen a MASSIVE improvement. I like their mini tacos (or "Fraser caviar," as they say) with a beer before kickball.

Excellent food, especially the pizza and wings. (Except the steak; not a good cut of meat) Good portions, and all reasonably priced. Daily drink specials AND they have shots of Apple Pie EVERY DAY(!!!!!!!!) for only $3! You DEFINITELY get your money's worth on mixed drinks and shots. Super friendly staff, too! Lots of TVs, including a projector screen. Golden Tee, a couple pool tables and an Internet jukebox (although, only two plays for a buck is a bit stingy). Oh, Beer Pong, too, for the college kids. They also have a banquet room you can reserve for parties, etc. The downside? Can be a bit crazy during hockey or soccer tournament weekends (since the bar is located on the same lot as Great Lakes Sports Center and next to Total Soccer) or can be brutally dead on some days.
