Some bad service depending on the personality, but that is always the chance you take. Seems to happen here more than often though

I can summarize this place in one word:  inconsistent.

I go every Tuesday for Lunch.  I can speak for the dining area only-  They have some rock solid servers, and some not-so-great servers.  You never know what you're going to get, or how painfully wrong your check will be when you receive it.

The food is generally standard BWW, but every once in a while, the boneless wings will come out ROCK hard.  Should have sent them back on several occasions.

That being said, the prices are high even if the food was cooked well and service was good-- and they offer very few deals of any kind.
