I don't know what other peoples problems are with this place. Hubby and I have been there twice in the last year. Â First experience was fantastic! Â Awesome wings and awesome service. Â Second time was just as stellar. Neither time was our chicken wings raw. They were cooked perfectly. Â We WILL be back.
Review Source:Ordered to go online and went to the store to pick it up. They hadn't even looked at my order yet, so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes or so. Aside from the inconvenience, they were very nice and offered me a free drink while I waited. The store seemed clean and well lit which I can' say for every Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to.
Asian Zing is my favorite sauce. Love trying new sauces and the variety keeps it interesting. Better than ordering wings that only come with wing sauce. The Thai Curry is a pretty yummy new limited edition sauce.
They must just be trying to work out the kinks with the online ordering system. Wings were cooked properly and we got what we ordered so I have no complaints.
Go ANYWHERE else. Seriously.
Want to wait over 40 minutes to eat rotten vegetables and raw chicken? Then this is your place!
3 of the last 4 times I've eaten here we've had serious food quality issues that should probably be addressed by the health inspector.
The final straw was an overly aggressive manager arguing that "this just happens to some people". Like it was somehow our fault that they don't have control of their kitchen.
I've also seen managers in this place allow a cook to cuss out waitstaff in front of the patrons... And then promote that cook.
If you eat here you are an idiot.
Lowest rating EVER, and I wish i could give it NO STAR. Â My hubby and I went here on 9/14 for a quick dinner. Â We ordered wings and side salads. Â I do not put dressing on my salad so I was able to feel the slimy, rotten piece of lettuce that should not have been in there in my mouth. Â I immediately spit it out, and thought that happens sometimes, no biggie. Â However, the SECOND PIECE OF ROTTED LETTUCE made me lose my appetite. Â This piece wasn't even green, it was the crunchy part of the romaine lettuce so it was a little white on the end and there was mold/rot on it.
That was it. Â I asked for a manager to calmly ask him if he would eat that. Â He was not very helpful, got aggressive with my husband for even speaking up about it and chewed out the defenseless wait staff for daring to take the offensive food to throw away. Â He kept saying he wanted to see the rest of the salad as if that would solve the quality control issue at this place. Â He also argued that the locations survey results indicate they score highly in hospitality, and I countered it was because the wait staff is pretty cool- it's the food I was focused on!
Let me start from the beginning.
We've been coming to this B2W since it opened, and the staff is usually pretty great. Â It's one step above a drive through window, I understand, but the reason chains are usually successful is because they are consistent, right? Â The old menu was not healthy at all, and the wings are fried like at most places. Â I was so excited when they got the new menu which listed healthier salad mixes and even a veggie burger.
I tried to order the veggie burger but most of the time, they would overcook it. Â How can you overcook something that is only microwaved for a minute or so? Â Seriously, the times i attempted to order, I would have to return the "hockey puck hard" veggie burger for a remake. Â And I was determined to get them. Â After ordering it, and sending them back THREE TIMES in two separate visits, I gave up. Â
I know, why keep coming back? Â The TVs, trivia and drinks. Â In previous trips, we've had raw chicken and a rotten tomato that you had to have noticed when you were slicing it, but this time it was over the top. Â Even if I had just eaten and needed a place to hang out, I would not come here. Â And, the night of this revolting incident, I had nightmares that I was screaming at someone but they weren't listening to me. Â I call that nightmare the manager J.
Went there once to watch the basketball game aand they must have had 20 tvs on and not one was on the NBA basketball playoffs. They has college baseball, hockey, college softball, racing and everything else besides basketball.
Second, I sat there for 10-15 minutes and no one even spoke to me after I entered. No one came to take my order, see if i wanted something drink. I left and went to Hooters. I have no intentions of returning to this location.
TURN DOWN THE F"IN SPEAKERS DURNING MAJOR GAMES. Â Holy crap i can't tell you how loud it was! Â I'm all for hearing what is going on during the game, but no need to bust ear drums. Â The waitress kept apologizing because she couldn't hear us while taking our order. Â Ok now that that is over on to the food. Â It's just so so, Â nothing special. Â I always feel like it's going to be great, but it never is, but nothing bad either. Â I just alway expect more from them. Â The mixed drinks are pretty horrible though. Â I would for sure stay away from those!!! Â Service is ok, but i should never ever have to run out of a beer.

Definitely does NOT live up to what I expect from BWW. Major disappointment. Managers are neither nice nor helpful. They also treat their employees terribly. Every employee I have talked to hates working there and especially hates the GM. Friends at other stores he has managed say the same.
If you want the true BWW experience, go to Lewisville.
