I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm not exactly sure why since I don't really care for their menu and I think they're a tad overpriced. But for some reason, every time I go I'm immediately thinking of what I'll get next time (in a good way).
After quite a few experiences, I finally found the perfect sauce for me -- Spicy Garlic! Unbelievably good. I didn't care for the "Jammin' Jalepeno" one (way too sweet and thick) nor the "Desert Heat" (only a spice, not a sauce). But Spicy Garlic is where it's at! Strong kick without being overwhelmingly powerful, such as the "Hot".
This location was nice. Service was quite slow, but what can you expect when showing up at 7:00 PM on a Friday? It was made up for by employees walking around with shot glasses of new beer they got in for the customers to try.
This place is no Pluckers, but still worthy of my money.
My nephew  took a bad spill at Buffalo Wild Wings and cut himself. His parents were both covered in blood, yet not a single employee offered us assistance even though he was screaming at the top of his lungs. My nephew sought out a manager for ice and the guy directed him elsewhere. Needless to say, they will never ever go back there again. Imbeciles
Review Source:Let me preface this by saying our food was good. We have actually eaten there several times. However, our experience last night is worth sharing lest anyone else experience an injury while dining there.
After our meal, as we were walking through the dining room, my toddler took a nasty spill. My husband immediately picked him up and he was bleeding very badly from his mouth. We sat him down on the counter where they bring people their to-go orders to investigate what had happened. (Were he not injured I would've never sat him on the counter, as I recognize that is unsanitary.)
Anyway, he was screaming at the top of his lungs and we were both covered in his blood. Not one single employee offered us assistance. There were several hostesses standing less than 5 feet away, nothing. Two servers walked past, nothing.
I spotted a manager about 10 feet away and sent my husband over to ask for some ice so we could see if he was missing a tooth, had just split his lip, etc. There was a lot of blood. When my husband got to the manager, the guy told my husband to try the door by the bar for ice! He didn't offer to get it for him, etc. So my husband walked down to the other door and patiently waited to be acknowledged by the kitchen staff before getting some ice.
When your child is screaming in pain and spitting blood, a few minutes feels like eternity. After we finally got him iced and settled down, the "Team Captain" came over and asked, 'Would you like a bag for your boxes?" I was so upset they didn't even acknowledge my son's injury or offer assistance, that all I could say was, 'Are you kidding me? No!' I will admit I left in a huff.
Aside from the obvious, that blood is a bio-hazard, a restaurant should be prepared and train their staff to handle emergencies. I wasn't blaming them for his fall, but they could've made the situation a lot less stressful by offering ice, water, ANYTHING.
Shameful that they would all turn their heads and pretend to be busy when the restaurant was not even busy. Well, shameful in general. We will not be wasting anymore time or money there. There are plenty of other wing joints who might act like decent human beings when the need arises.
Reverse Happy Hours on Fridays are wonderful here. I love Buffalo Wild Wings because of the meaty wings and flavorful delights. We got here at 9pm on a Friday and they had half price appetizers, wells and beers specials. I always get the Parmesan Garlic and Carribean Jerk sauce. We had the dessert nachos for dessert which were sopapillas with vanilla ice cream and cheesecake bites. I was astonished how good it was. Our server was very helpful and she was very suggestive. I can't really say much but know that I'm going to become a regular here until they stop doing reverse happy hours.
Review Source:A few of us from work decided to go for lunch. We arrived early and we some of the first customers to arrive. We were on our lunch hour. It took us the whole hour just to get the food to the table. The wait staff we had was good, but there was no communication as to where our food was. The GM walked around checking, and refilling drinks at other tables. He walked past our table on several occasions and did not once ask if we needed anything or if we had any issues. One of the ladies that was in my group finally got up an walked over to the GM and told him what was going. He was not very accommodating. Very stand offish and rude. By this time our dining experience was ruined. I do not recommend this location. I have visited several Buffalo Wild Wings locations, never have I experienced anything like this.
Review Source:Went back twice and unfortunately, TIM the BEST waiter there was off. This is my usual Thursday Boneless night routine...
I complained before about poor service and some manager came and kicked me down with 6 free wing coupon.
Ok great. That should NOT be the result of a poor service comment every time. I went two weeks ago and Blake was my server. I haven't had him before, usually in the bar area if Tim isn't there we end up with Rachel who has her moments as well. That day though, through all of Blakes screw-ups Rachel stepped her game up and took care of the balls he dropped. He bout us 2 silver wares for 3 PEOPLE, Rachel ended up bringing the 3rd. Our food came  out cold...cold chicken?!?!?? WTF? When we got there I had to stop him from attempting to take our order and request that the table be cleaned, really? Really.
He wasn't feeling me until his tip, hopefully. As we were leaving the mob of cute youner girls that are always at the door said thanks for coming have a great evening...I had 2 steps out the door & doubled back. I instantly thought, HOW am I to have a great evening when a major part of it DINER was so craptacular? I told all 8 of them that service sucked today, that I will call ahead to see if Tim is there next time and that the new manager (don't know his name, he's an Asian guy) was NOT on his job. Funny thing is after my debrief to the mob of cute chicks at the door two of them said simultaneously, our manager can give you a coupon for 6 FREE Wings. I about died. When I gained my composure from laughing, not at them bless their hearts, but at the situation; I replied, no thanks ladies...that's what they offered me last time service was awful. Thanks but no thanks. BTW, last week I didn't even bother getting my wings form them, ended up at WING STOP. Shame.
Really good pulled pork sandwich! Lots of different beers on tap and the lunch menu is reasonably priced. The service was just "eh" for a Tuesday afternoon there were not many patrons but since the waitstaff were more interested in each other than they were in working it was painfully difficult to get a refill etc. Saw other patrons that were obviously on a time restriction get frustrated and lose their composure. I can see how this would be a really fun place to go for drinks and wings and sports so will definately give it a second try next MMA fight night... Hopefully the so-so service was just Tuesday laziness.
Review Source:I ordered the wings, 5 asian and 5 carribean jerk.  They were both good.  My daughter ordered the garlic and two other kinds.  All were very good.  They don't have lemon pepper wings, but they do have a good selection of wing types.  We also had the carrot celery boat with ranch dressing.  Ranch dressing is pretty good.  They were very busy as it was  Tuesday night which is 45 cent wing night.  Our server was very nice.  Just fyi, they have these little packets on the tables that are to be used for wiping off your greasy hands from the chicken wings.  I understand they have free wi-fi.  We will go again.

The late night happy hour does not have a wing special included BUT if I'm there at 10pm...Im there for the drink specials and the 3.00 mozzarella sticks. The onion rings are also really good. They have a smooth batter exterior not like most rings that have a really rough texture that cuts up the roof of your mouth.
This place knows how to work a deep friar that's for sure. Would I die if i was never able to eat here again...probably not...would I care...probably not. However they do have tasty wings but pale in comparison to Plucker's. Really you come here because its conveniently located and there are a million TVs. Also I can bring my daughter here unlike Hooters.
Had been ordering takeouts on Fridays for the last month or so. This place has consistently good quality food.
Hands down some of the best wings in town.I love their sauces. Hot BBQ is my favorite. But I do have a secret desire to try their spiciest sauce and feel like Adam Richman from Man Vs. Food :-) Their chicken tenders are great - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I cannot get enough of their potato wedges - very well seasoned and fried to perfection. I always finish mine and start digging into my hubby's share.
Never dined in this place so can't comment on the service (that is why its missing a star) but definitely a fun place to hang out and watch sports. They have TVs all over the place - even on the patios.
Had lunch here with a few of my coworkers (not my choice - ha ha!). Â This location is pretty new and is a little challenging to find. Â The restaurant is located in the Stonebriar shopping center just north of the mall and is right off of Gaylord Parkway, but there is not a large sign or anything.
Ambiance:
I would describe Buffalo Wild Wings as a cavernous sports bar. Â There are televisions everywhere which would make this an ideal place to catch a game. Â The restaurant was pretty empty when we were there but I would imagine that the noise level can get pretty high during big games as it is one large open space. Â There is also very small patio outside (8 tables max) and a fairly large bar area.
Service:
The service was fine but nothing special. Â Our server easily handled all of our orders and all items were made correctly. Â We requested separate checks which did not pose any problems. Â Drinks were promptly refilled and our food came out in a timely manner.
Food:
Obviously wings and boneless tenders are the focus here. Â There are various combinations to choose from and you can select the type of sauce that you want. Â There are also a fair number of burgers and chicken sandwiches on the menu as well as a few salads. Â They do offer a Boca burger, but beyond that vegetarian options are non-existant.
I would categorize the food as above average bar food. Â They offer more sauce options than Hooters and I do like the fact that there are more grilled options available, but which is better is just a matter of personal preference. Â
Prices:
Lunch special are available for $5.99 but almost all menu items come in under $10.
Overall not a bad option if you're craving wings or need your sports fix.
