In my opinion the wings at this location is bigger & not small like the wings at the Addison BWW. The service is really hit or miss here because most of the time it takes the waiter/waitress forever to take my drink order & the waitresses that I had in the dining room area were not nice at all. The waiter/waitress at the bar area were nicer & quick to take my drink & food order. They need to make sure their services is efficient, but otherwise this location is slightly better than the Addison location
Review Source:I've been to a handful of Buffalo Wild Wings around the DFW area, and this one is probably on the lower end of the scale. Sure, the food is the same, but the service isn't up to par and I don't know how to put this but while it's clean it still feels like it could use another run through with a vacuum cleaner and a wipe down like if you go to a motel 6 or something.
As a bit of advice, try to avoid this place when the Garland event center lets out cause you will not find parking. When I went I was around a bunch of middle school cheerleaders and a bunch of Ed Hardy moms that married their high school sweetharts and dress like they're 20 to make up for it.
This place is just garbage!!!!! Manager there doesn't manage the employees, like they should, instead I saw her going into the kitchen and grabbing her food, the table before us said they didn't even get their beer until 10 mins after we sat down, which was another 20 mins since there wasn't one damn person to say us down. Worst BWW I been to, I feel sorry whoever is the damn owner of this place!!!!
Review Source:We usually come here once a month to watch UFC. I don't think all wings places are created equal. BWW wings are small like Wingstop but their sauce offerings are completely different. My favorite flavors are Desert Heat and Mango Habanero. Don't get the BBQ, I think its gross.
As for service, majority of the time its consistent. Last night our server messed up our ticket and order probably bc BWW was packed! We didn't hold it against him.
Don't order dessert from BWW! I don't think they make anything there other than getting them as frozen sweets from the store. You're better off saving your money in this department.
I've been here a couple of times and I like the atmosphere. The bar's nice and I like how it's roomy. The service at the bar was good, but the second time I came  to just dine-in, the service was ok.. not great. The workers that aren't serving you don't even smile at you when you make eye contact with them. They just kinda... look at you like.. what? At times, it seemed like they were busy talking amongst themselves rather then care for us.
I came here once for their boneless wing special and it was good.
Recently though, I came for their bone-in wing special and it was delicious! I can't eat too spicy so here are the flavors I got in order by my most to least favorite. Keep in mind, I did like all of them.
1) Salt and Vinegar (dry) - I surprisingly really liked this. I didn't think I'd like it that much
2) Chipotle bbq (dry)
3) Spicy garlic
4) Mild
My bf and I also tried their chocolate cake. It was really good! Rich, warm, and oh sooooo satisfying and delicious.
The food is inconsistent, the service is terrible and don't ever plan on having more than 2 (low alcohol) beers even with a large dinner they cut you off in an embarrassing fashion. Â They should tell you up front that's all you get so you can make an informed decision as to where you spend your well earned dollars. Â Even regulars get treated poorly and the smoke in the bar area is disgusting and the temperature is always inconsistent and uncomfortable. Â On of the very few advantages of patronizing corporately run establishment is that they are expected to be consistent and have certain standards but this one misses the mark. In my opinion, there is only one decent employee there, T-Pain. Â Everyone else acts like it is such a chore to wait on you and the manager greets you with such obvious phoniness it is ridiculous.
My friends all stopped going there years ago because of the terrible service and said I was crazy for going but I enjoy trivia so I gave it another shot. Â MISTAKE.
My employer dictates that I spend approximately 5% of my life in Dallas. Â .. This is not a positive thing. Â Looking for dinner on my last trip I went to a place a few yards away from the hotel I was staying (the hotels here suck as well). Â Buffalo wild wings, well why not. Â I'm not going to go into details Because it's not worth it, but my takeout order was terrible. Â Wings are not hard, onion rings are not hard, ribs (like this) are not hard, yet it appears customer & food service execution are well beyond the capacity of the individual's running this place. Â Don't go.
Review Source:I'm a little biased because I'm a regular here and it's right down the road from where I live. Great beer on tap and if you ever want to try a new beer out they'll let you sample it. If you like domestic beers on tap they usually have them at really cheap prices. I always have great service when I go in here but I should point out I'm always going to the bar area so it's a little smaller and has less people to serve. TVs are excellent and plentiful so that makes this my favorite place to watch any sporting event on tv.
I won't comment too much on the food since I've only really had two things: Wings and Fish Tacos. Lets face it, you go here for the wings and IMO they're the best wings hands down. Great specials on Tuesday and Thursday nights! If you like wings and beer this is a good spot.
I took my 15 year old son to eat there last night; it was a first visit for both of us. The service was fine so I was relieved because the reviews here had me worried. Â We were there during happy hour and so we ordered some cheap appetizers - chips and queso and fried mushrooms. The queso was pretty good. It comes with a glop of chili spooned on top and it tasted fine. Clearly not homemade but still had a decent flavor and the chips were light and crisp and fresh. My son loved it. The mushrooms were good. They had a nice garlicky flavor and I enjoyed them very much. My son got a burger dish with 3 "sliders" or "slammers" I think they called them. They were a nice size and there was a healthy helping of fries which were good. He liked the burgers a lot. I tasted them and thought they tasted like school cafeteria burgers not actual beef burgers. Â But the buns were soft and fresh and they at least had real cheese on them. I had the medium bone-in wings and they were okay. There was a lot of sauce but it had a good flavor and I just scraped a bit of it off and it was fine. Â There is one VERY big problem I have with this place. They do not make their own ranch dressing. It tasted like a below average bottled dressing. Awful! I could tell by looking at it before I ever tasted it that it was not homemade. Â This is honestly something that could keep me from going back. There is nothing better than homemade ranch dressing with wings and for me, there is no substitute. Making ranch dressing is so effortless that I'm quite surprised they can't manage to do it. Â I just bet BWW can afford to pay someone to make the ranch dressing.
Review Source:Right up front: service here almost always sucks. T-Pain in the bar area is pretty good, as long as the managers haven't bent the bar staff over said bar.
It's BWW, and BWW is BWW, so it's a bit pointless to discuss the food because you're either a Wing Stop Wings-O-Grease fan or a BWW All-Sauce-And-No-Meat fan. You come here because Tuesdays and Thursdays the wings are dirt cheap and Wednesday is all-day Happy Hour.
Which brings me to the story of this BWW's redemption...
-The Background-
A buddy of mine started up a weekly trivia group here (you know, the little computer trivia machines? they're bad-ass if you're the typical Yelper with a huge brain overcrowded with obscure information like the exact power requirements of a Flux Capacitor) so anywhere from 10 to 30 of us come out every week to play trivia, eat a few wings and drink voluminous amounts of fermented barley and hops. (beer, folks, please try to keep up!)
Last week my buddy called because he knew we were having 30+ out for sure and he wanted to see if we could have some sort of discount or something. He was assured that yes we could. Sweet.
-The Oh No You Di'int Part-
Slight problem, though. Manager A, who came through and applied the discount for our group, stupidly applied it en masse resulting in 15-20 individual tabs being grouped into one big bill that couldn't be broken up and paid individually.
So now Server B sits attempting to undo Manager A's error for almost an hour until Manager C appears from nowhere, deletes the entire bill and states to Server B "make sure everything on the canceled tab gets accounted for." Now I wasn't psychically linked to Server B, but the thought that went through my mind was "Well screw you, too." To top it off Manager C turns to me and says "What happened was when your friend requested a discount it just caused the computer to screw it all up."
Wait, what? So you're blaming my friend who tried to do something nice for the 30 customers he brought in who brought $3k into your establishment because you can't manage a simple effing Point of Sale terminal? Really?
So ensues 30 minutes of sorting tabs of who ordered what and how many. My nice buzz? Harshed. Wife? Not happy. Wife smash.
-The Redemption Part-
So the next day my wife logs a complaint online. Miraculously she receives a call from the One True Manager, D, the SAME day. He not only apologizes but agrees to comp our entire bill and credit our card back. No store credit BS, an actual card credit over the phone without jerking me around and making me drive back down for it.
So at the end of the day: yes, the majority of the staff operate like a bunch of monkeys trying to initiate coitus with football. Yes, the food is overpriced most days and they have a distinct lack of ability to put a single TV on the game anyone wants to watch. Yes, you'd likely have as much fun experimenting with the insertion of a sharp object into your eye socket.
But if you stomp your feet loud enough they do seem to try and make it right.
Besides, where else do you take 30 of your closest friends to ensure you only see your server once and are left free to contemplate why exactly the aforementioned Capacitor needs precisely 1.21 Gigawatts and not just 1.2, or even 1.25...?
The service sucked! We got our food with no napkins, silverware... everything is ala carte on Tuesday and Thursdays when they have their special... The waitress didn't let us know... wouldn't that be kinda pertinent? You have to eat on these little paper trays that is fit for birds! Go to wing stop instead for better wings!
Review Source:I am an overall big fan of the Buffalo Wild Wings concept. Â Nothing beats beer and wings. Â This is a review for the multiple times I have gone to this location. Â (Why I keep returning is another question...location and I want to give it multiple chances to be good). Â This is by far the worst location of them all in the Dallas area.
Service can be horrendous. Â One time we were seated by the front staff, and no one came to us for 20 minutes, so we left. Â We walked by the chatting managers and they did not care either.
Another time, we walked in the smokey bar area, in the middle of the NBA playoffs, and they had karaoke going on at full blast. Â We immediately left that day also. Â Management does not seem to realize that people come in there to watch sports and eat wings. Â You really have to tell them what games to put on and the channels also....At Fox and Hound and other sports bars, this is automatic; they know the sports schedules.
If you can track down a server and you get a chance to order something, the food is on par with other locations. Â
They did a poor job in designing where the servers get the ordered drinks. Â The access point is poor, the server needs to walk to the bar to pick up drinks which is behind a glass door in the smokey area, so it takes forever and is inefficient. Â (You'll know what I mean if you go there).
Tonight was my first time to visit a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant, and I'm glad I did. Â I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was a table-service kind of place, and with the great number of televisions and the full bar, it seems like it would be a good venue for watching a football game in the fall.
My group of three tried many different sauces, mild, teriyaki, parmesan garlic, Caribbean jerk, hot, and wild, before settling on a handful to have with dinner. Â I ordered the Caribbean jerk and hot wings, bone-in for $0.45 a piece (Tuesdays only), and I found the flavors to be very satisfying. Â The jerk was a bit too peppery, but the aftertaste was quite pleasant. Â The hot had the characteristic vinegar taste and just the right amount of heat.
We also ate the chili queso fries as an appetizer, and they were heavy but delicious, with a good quantity of beef, beans, and cheese.
My "primo" margarita, at almost $9.00, seemed watery and too small for the price.
Overall, I was quite happy with the dinner, and I'm really looking forward to trying more of their sauces. Â Thursday nights are $0.60 boneless wings; perhaps I'll only have to wait another 48 hours before heading over to Buffalo Wild Wings again.
Horrible service. The server didn't know what beers were available and we had to get up and show him they had Stella Artois on tap. Â He then told us it was his first day on the floor. What kind of restaurant or rather managers throw an individual on tables by themselves without any trianing. Â We watched two of his tables leave because his service was horrible, one table become angry about their tab and through this all the manager was doing nothing to help the employee. Asked for a trivia computer, never recieved it and we left with two servers gossiping at the front and no surprise did not thank or acknowledge us. Â This place needs new management.
Review Source:Ok ok, they didn't play the Longhorns football game earlier this season, but last weekend they did have the Cowboys game on every single TV. Unfortunately we had to sit in the smoking/bar section (seriously? I thought it was banned) so we smelt like crap after we left. Our waiter, T-Pain, (that's what it said on his name tag) did look like him with the dreads and all, and did a decent job taking care of us in a packed house.
Review Source:I used to eat at the Addison location, and was thrilled when I seen this going up near where I live. Â It's sort of a hybrid sports bar and wing place. Â Lots of TV's throughout playing various games. Â They also have that little electronic pub trivia thing to keep you busy while you wait. Â They have both bone in and boneless wings, a variety of sauces, flatbreads, burgers, etc. Â The flatbreads are tasty, but nothing substantial, its almost like a cracker. Â I like BWW better than Wingstop because they have more sauces and WS overcooks their wings. Â Their take out service is pretty quick, they have the food out in less than 10 minutes. Â Sauce wise I recommenced the Spicy Garlic or the Asian Zing. Â Tuesdays they have a special on the bone-in wings, and Thursdays the boneless.
Review Source:Burgers at Buffalo Wild Wings?
I went there tonight and I got the boneless wings with the medium buffalo sauce. My friend ordered the honey BBQ and the mild. Oddly enough the mild flavor was better than the medium. Of course I tried my friends and my daughters as well. They liked the honey BBQ ones, alot where I favor the original taste. So, for the wings they receive 2.75/5 stars.
Now on to the "burger". For me a lot like Burger King. That flame-broiled taste that makes Burger King, well, Burger King. So I have to separate this part into 2 parts the positive and the negative. The positive being- The burger would be good for a young kiddo. Its very small. Oh I forgot to say I got the kids meal sized burger with all the fix-ens added to it. For a kid burger it was small enough for the kids to finish and I like that. I also think the kids menu was filled with enough good choices for the kids. The negative- For adults and this is with the assumption that the adults burger patty would be the same flavor. This is just terrible. Taste? yuck and very thin. Wouldn't get it again...but the fries are the best I have had lately and trust me Ive had a lot of fries with all these burgers I have been trying...WHEW. For the burgers they are 1/5 stars maybe even a 0/5. Sorry Buffalo Wild Wings.
