I love a good Hookah bar. Â I love to sit with my friends, relax, enjoy a soda and smoke the sheesha. Â The fruity flavs are my favs.
Mango's is cool. Â I mean, its whatever. Â Some friends and I went on a Saturday night by accident. Â We were driving back from dinner and literally slammed on the brakes to give this place a go. When we walked in, we were carded. Â At 9pm. With no one inside. Â Fine.
The music is very broad, but totally fun mash ups. Â Think Nirvana with the Aladdin Soundtrack. Â Can I get a Smells Like Jafar in here!? Â Not the most comfy seating arrangements. Â Mostly tables and chairs, but two big booths occupy the back which is where we made home base. Â It's very dark and for the love of g-d its hot. Â Not sure if the A/C wasn't working, but we were so schweaty. Â We would have loved to stay a bit longer, but my ass was sticking to the booth. Â
The waitress was great, came over frequently to adjust everything, bring us more bottled water. Â When we left an hour later, we were still the only people there, give or take some friends the bar peeps. Everyone was super friendly too. Â
The place is a mixture of hipster chill, grunge and dive...with strobe lights. Â
I dig it man. Â We'll be back. Don't forget to hit up the dance floor with disco lighting.
