Sultan Café

Unfortunately I can't rate this place for their hookah but my first impression was, "is this a restaurant or a storage place?"  They seemed to have over stocked on their water bottles and juice that they had it laying out by the side of their counter.  This was our first time to visit so we took a bit extra to browse through the menu.  When asked if we were ready, we requested a bit more time.  Fifteen minutes later, after he never came back to the table, I glanced over at him giving him the "we are ready" sign.  He just smiled at me as he proceeded with his text messaging and talk with his friend hanging around the cash register he failed to read my I'm ready to order signal.  There was only one other family there, whom had already finished their meal.  Needless to say, we got up and left....having never even been offered a glass of water.

While visiting Texas, visited this place twice in 2 days. Yeah, that's how much I enjoyed it. The first night, visited this place with a friend. Walked in on a Sunday night and this place was packed. We found a seat and ordered some food and hooka. The hooka came out quick and it was amazing. So smooth and flavorful. The food on the other hand, never came out. Our server was too busy smiling and walking around flirting that she probably forgot our order. After about an hour of smoking hooka we asked her about our order and she had no idea. Yeah. That's the only issue we had here.

So we decided to visit again during the afternoon again for hooka and lunch. The food was amazing! We really enjoyed the gyro sandwich combo, the hummus, and the baba ghanouj. Their portions were good and the food was so so so tasty! I just wish we had more time in Dallas so I could visit again and try their other dishes.

Great hooka and great food!!

I'd probably be duke if I ever remembered to check in late at night haha.  My go to spot for hooka and tea.  Their hooka is the best in the area.  We always get the pineapple head with orange/guava/mint flavor. The pineapple head is a little more pricey but will last forever
