We come here about once every 6 weeks or so. Â Service is usually pretty good although the last time we had a waitress who spent more time serving the bar patrons than us.
We don't even look at the menu any longer since we always order the same. Â Boneless for all of us. Â I like the Caribbean Jerk, kids like the Honey BBQ and the wife alternates between a couple of different flavors. Â 8 piece for each of us and we normally split a basket of potato wedges. Â It doesn't sound like much but thats more than enough for us.
Food is always tasty and really our only bad experience with a BWW (Not this one) was service related. Â
Highly recommend this location.
We love this place...we order takeout boneless wings and quesadillas about 3-4 times a month - they are addicting (carribean jerk is my favorite)! Â The food is always fast and good! Â
I must say their customer service is excellent! Â After one incident about 2 years ago where they forgot my blue cheese (had to drive back to get it...can't have my wings without my blue cheese!) they offered me a credit and now each time we pick up our order they check it in front of me before it goes out the door!
As far as eating in the restaurant, we have never had a bad experience! Â Food is always prompt and good! Â Service has always been excellent (and I am pretty picky about service :-) and I love the games they offer at the booths, or the table device to play against other patrons.
I recently went to my first bdubs for a friend's birthday. Being a vegetarian, you expect a salad at best. However, the staff was accommodating. There's a veggie burger on the menu which is decent and an assortment of other smaller items to eat. The waitress mentioned these to me as I was ordering the burger, just to make sure I knew. How great!
The environment is not for those who don't want loud, however for just hanging out or watching a game, it's great. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced and the staff is friendly. I couldn't ask for more except maybe a few more vegetarian main options. The chocolate cake dessert was also excellent!
I don't care for chain restaurants but this is one I like. Â Yes, it's all about sports and chicken which is cheap but it's fun. Â I never have had bad service and you can watch the your favorite sporting events from anywhere. Â Sometimes I even buy the wings sauce from there and put it on my own grilled chicken at home. Â Very loud and don't expect for it to be healthy. Â If it's light on calories and fat it probably has to much sodium. Â But we all have to splurge sometimes.
Review Source:I had my first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings the other night when going with a coupon to support a cause to prevent teen suicide. All tables were full, so we elected to do take out -- the staff was friendly and upbeat the entire time and mentioned on a few occasions that this night was the busiest any of them had ever seen. What surprised me was that the place was able to handle it in stride and still provide some great tasting wings and great service. Â The parmesan garlic and spicy garlic sauce was wonderful!
Review Source:I've been to this B-Dubs several times and have been satisfied with their burgers, fries and chicken tenders. Â The prices are pretty cheap too and its a good place to catch a game with a group of friends.
What holds it back is the average service. Â On one occasion the waitress swore a couple times, forgot my order for more bbq sauce and said jokingly "do you wanna order anymore food I can spit into?"
Maybe if we actually knew her, but for a complete stranger, it just came across as damn weird. Â Don't expect stellar, professional service, but hey, its B-Dubs, so you can't really expect much more.
Recommend B-Dubs with confidence, just don't expect anything when it comes to service.
I have been to this location about 4 times recently. Â I just moved to the area and was glad to see a BWW nearby. Â their Mango Habanero sauce is wonderful! Â The right combo of heat and sweet! Â They have a huge selection of beers, fast and friendly service and prices that wont break the bank.
As an earlier reviewer said - if you have been to 1 BWW then you have been to them all. Â But it still is a great place to hang out and watch a sports game, chow some wings and have a beer.
If you've been to other Buffalo Wild Wings, you've been to this one. Â MK and I met up with friends (1/26/08) for Aidan's 2nd night out of the house for dinner. Â I really do love the product that B-dubs puts out.
Plenty of tv screens, 23 oz. beers, and quick service. Â Rarely an instance of the order getting screwed up or coming out of the kitchen bad.
The only odd thing about this location is that it's heavily visited by High School students (Geneva/St. Charles/Batavia) and they tend to huddle in groups. Â On bigger game nights, they tend to scream loudly at the tv's too. Â I have no idea what's the deal here, but there is a new one slated to open in North Aurora in mid-April (Orchard, just south of I-88) and we'll probably be going there in the future.
