I go to this location because it's brand new and out of the way of some of the hustle and bustle of the Crossroads and I-Drive versions. In my several visits, I have never had anything better than reasonably acceptable service, so temper your expectations prior to a visit.
I still think that Bdubs is one of the best places to catch a game and there bar food is very good as far as bar food goes. If the game is one, this is a solid choice. 3 stars.
I've really come to like this place. Great wings at a reasonable price. Make sure you count your wings though before you eat them. Out of all my visits to this and other locations, about half the time they have shorted me wings. They've always rectified it, but shorting me as always been an issue...so double check!
Review Source:Let's start by saying that it took 30 mins for our takeout order to come out. Â We ordered 5 items. Â How the eff does 2 people who ordered behind us get their food first? Â Answer: the start of some disappointing service.
They have many huge screens to watch sports, which is the one of 2 positives. Â The other is that their wings do taste pretty good with their choice over about half dozen sauces. Â Their chicken burger and quesadilla were good as well.
They only had one girl work the cashier for takeout at around 9pm and their were tons of people pouring in for orders. Â This place needs a major re0training program for their staff.
Bad Service, Bad Food, Bad Music...a real disappointment.
This is a fairly new and large location. It has a very large outdoor patio bar. We have been here multiple times in the past year and it is definitely going downhill.
The table service outside was very slow...so we went to the bar to order a pre-dinner drink. Â The bartender did not know the price for a glass of wine...really...
Went back to the table and finally got menus. Then took about 20 minutes to order an appetizer...and no...they were not very busy...just a few people at outdoor tables. The music was blaring bad hip-hop...so loud the server could not understand our order...you had to yell to be heard above the hideous music.
When the food came it was sad indeed...limp, greasy fries...chicken quesadilla had almost nothing in it...flat bread that was burned. The table beside us had multiple styles of wings to share between 6 people...they complained about the level of doneness but they were not replaced. They left piles of wings on their table and left.
We could stand the intolerable music no longer and paid $1 a song to play something else. After the first song, someone mysteriously turned down the music, so that we could not even hear the songs we paid for.
We finally got refills of drinks, paid the bill and just left.
It is such a shame, because this is a nice location with outdoor seating that is not right on the street, so it could be a great hang out to watch sports or just enjoy a relaxing florida evening...but with the current problems, it is anything but relaxing and with music louder than a dance club...there is no way to enjoy the sports on the many tv sets that surround you.
Although BWWs is one of my favorite restaurants, this location is HORRIBLE. We've given them several chances, each time the service was ridiculously slow and the quality of the food not as good as other locations. The last straw was when we got a take-out order for 24 boneless wings. We got the wings home, got set up and ready to chow down only to find out that the chicken was still raw! Raw chicken is dangerous and just inexcusable. Do yourself a favor and visit the BWW on 27 in Clermont or the one on 535 in Lake Buena Vista. Both of those locations have always been excellent.
Review Source:Nothing annoys me more than a waiter/waitress with a bad attitude! Â And from my experience at this venue and reading other reviews, it seems like this Buffalo Wild Wings has some major service issues.
For one, the waitress had no idea what the drink specials were. Â Secondly, she gave us our meals, but no silverware and didn't check back. Â Had to just flag someone down for some utensils. Â Given, these are no biggies and items I could let fly. Â But the real kicker is not being able to split a pitcher of beer! Â You do not have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to split $6 between two people. Â I am not asking for your first born, just for you to push 3 extra buttons.
So what does said waitress do? Â She gives a condescending huff to our request, then walks away with the credit cards. Â After 25 minutes of her punching buttons, she finally returns with the checks, drops them, then darts away with no explination of the bill. Â She never bought an itemized copy of the check, but just the final total to sign. Â Even mixed up the receipts with the wrong credit cards. Â We leave and what do ya know, the $6 beer shows up on my friend's credit card as a separate charge later that night! Â
It's not that we are hard up on $3, it's the principal of the matter. Â Don't just tack it on to a credit card and not tell the customers what you're doing. Â Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again as I'm afraid what other shenanigans they might do.
Buffalo Wild Wings has always been one of my favorite spots for a cold beer and some wings. Â My first visit to this location was for lunch (see Anett As review from 12/9/2011) and was not bad. Â However, last night I suggested to my friend (Ryan) that we stop by for dinner. Â As you'll see below, this was probably not the best decision.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with both doors wide open and were seated immediately. Â The restaurant was pretty near capacity and you could definitely tell it was a party crowd for St. Patrick's Day. Â Ok, I'm in, let's drink! Â
Our waitress came over to take our drink order and the first thing I asked was if they were running any drink specials for the holiday. Â The server said no. Â When I looked at her funny (because I know that they usually have some sort of special on draft beer) she suddenly remembered that they were offering $6.00 pitchers of Miller or Coors Lite. Â So we ordered the pitcher and some wings and tried to converse over the insanely loud atmosphere. Â But, I expected noise -- after all it's March Madness time!
Our food arrived and the server forgot to bring silver where, napkins and the side of ranch that I ordered. Â At this point, i was still enjoying myself and overlooked her mistake. Â After all, the restaurant was very busy. Â But what really upset me was when it was time to cash out, the server asked us who was going to pay for the pitcher of beer. Â I asked her if she could split the cost in half on each check and she hesitantly agreed. Â Twenty minutes later, she returned with our checks and had mixed up the credit cards. Â But, it did look like she charged the checks to the right card so we weren't upset.
After leaving, Ryan and I got to talking and we realized that the server did not charge the pitcher of beer. Â We figured that she must have not been able to split the charge as she had agreed and since we had to wait so long for the checks that she ended up comping the charge as a gesture of good will. Â We thought, "WOW! Â That was nice of her. Â We're going to definitely come back!" Â WRONG. Â Today I checked my bank account and saw that AFTER WE LEFT she went back and charged the six dollar pitcher separately to my card. Â Now, tell me, isn't there something unethical about presenting a check to a customer, accepting their gratuity and then turning around and charging a SEPARATE charge to their card after they leave?
I can assure you that I have no plans of returning to this location and am considering disputing the charge on my credit card. Â I would have happily paid for the pitcher in the first place had the Server simply said "I'm sorry I can not split the charge." Â Instead she chose to lie and charge me after the fact. Â Not cool.
03/11/2012- on vacation in Florida for a friends birthday. The only place open late
(until 2 am) on a Sunday night near Reunion Resort and Club ( where we were staying). We walked in and sat down at the bar section, place was pretty empty, maybe 10-15 customers total in the main dining area and bar. Â The male waiter approached us right away and helped us and that's where everything went downhill. we all ordered a beer and my wife ordered 2 shots. It took about 15 minutes just to get our 5 beers and 30 minutes and asking again to get the two shots. We ordered food that took over 45 minutes to come out to us. Â My wife ordered fried pickles that never came out to us as well. I asked another waiter to get a manager for me, because our waiter was no where to be found, and kept disappearing to who knows where. The waiter i asked to get a manager, made a fake effort at trying to retrieve the pickles my wife had ordered an hour before, then disappeared for awhile as well. It took 10 minutes for a manager to approach our table. His word for word opening line to me was " It took them awhile to find me, because i was walking around doing stuff." Â He blatantly lied to all of our faces, as we had seen him walking around our table within arms reach for the past 10 minutes he claimed to be hard to find. Our receipts the original waiter brought us were separated wrong, then showed to the manager and he then messed them up and separated them wrong as well. Â The solution to their unacceptable under any circumstance service, was to remove the 2 shots and give each check a 10% percent discount. The meals at any rate should have been comped and we should have been given something for our next visit. The manager didn't even apologize to us and was very rude, and the waiter the attempted to service our table all night kept using the excuse he had a rough night. Â I will never occupy this BWW ever again. I have had poor service at restaurants before, but this was by far the worst I have ever had anywhere.
After a decade of refusing to go to Buffalo Wild Wings , our daughter convinced us to give it try. Â We had a very bad experience our first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Fargo, ND about 10 years ago and vowed never to return. Â We were dubious about returning, but it was getting late, we needed to feed the kids and we needed a beer after long day at a theme park. Â We were impressed with the quality of wings and the selection of sauces and spice rubs. Â We went ahead and ordered the fifty wings and also an order of the ribs. Â Both were very good. Â In fact, we were so pleased with our experience, we returned the following evening after another day at the parks. Â Both nights the service was very good.
Review Source:I have been to this location multiple times and never had a problem. Today we went in and sat for 10 minutes in the bar area. A server came over and asked if we'd been helped. Told her no, then she said ok, hold on a minute. (then walked away) We sat an additional 5 minutes with no one coming. We left to a different location. The restaurant had 5-6 servers with only about 8 tables in the whole place. I'm a server and normally don't complain much, but this was ridiculous!!
Review Source:First impression? THIS IS HUGE!!!!!!! I had never been to one before so when my friend suggested it for a lunch spot i was all in with bells on. The menu is simple and easy to understand and there are other option other then wings but who cares, you come to eat wings!
I don't drink beer, so they made me an okay mojito, that ended up being $9. yowser!
Wings are cheap and plentiful and lots of spice variety to chose from so no matter how many times you come you wont get bored.
This is awesome if you are a sports fan, i can't even begin to tell you how many inches those tvs on the walls are but they are HUGE!
At lunch no one was there, we were one of maybe 4 tables sat and so we had all the attention we needed, which was fine by me. I'm sure at night it's a mad house, especially on a game night.
Came here at 11:30pm on a Tuesday night for their 50 cent wing night. What a steal!
We ordered a dozen and a half to start to try different sauces. We really liked all the sauces we ordered (Mango Habanero, Blazing, Spicy Garlic, and Medium).
The waiter was really nice even though there weren't that many people at the restaurant and he was doing clean up duties as well.
Delicious. Will hit up the one near home now!
Overpriced wings with no substance. The wings are so small. They reminded me of the wings that can be purchased frozen in walmart. Â They must have been rationing the celery that came with the wings.
We ordered sandwiches. Once again prices for sandwiches were high and the sandwiches were  nothing to rave about Â
The restaurant is loud with big screen televisions hanging on the walls. Drinks are over priced. I am drinking a draft not the entire keg!!!!!!!! This is  a restaurant  that preys on the unsuspecting tourist.
This restaurant should take a cooking lesson from chickie and Petes located in Philadelphia. Their wings rock!!!
having been to the one they had in Amherst before it closed. I was craving some BWWs. So when I saw they had many in FL. had to add it tot he list of places to eat while there. This location was close to our hotel, about a 5 min drive.
The food is how I remembered and it definately hit the spot, but sadly our waiter was not that great. If you have been to a BWW, you know that the atmosphere is noisy, we could not hear our waiter at all. and it was frustrating because he had to keep repeating things and to make matters worse, he had a accent that made it even more difficult.
we ordered wings as appetizers to share before our meals came, but he obvisouly didnt hear that because we sat there waiting, starving and nothing. then all the food came out at once. we inhaled our meals and didnt have room for our wings. so we took it back to the hotel.
all in all it was ok. I guess I'm being a bit generous with 3 stars.
It's a Buffalo Wild Wings. Â You go here for pitchers, wings, and sports. Â They have some so-so burgers and chicken sandwiches. Â
That being said, if you enjoy watching sports they have a good sports package and a TON of tv's and screens so you can watch just about anything there. Â
Service has usually been good here, even when packed. Â We went here during the Super Bowl and got our food/beer quickly.
For beer selection you have your usual macrobrews, with a few good choices mixed in.
If you have children, don't be scared by all my focus on beer. Â No one is getting obnoxious here and it is a kid friendly place. Â There are games for them to play and kids menus for them to enjoy.
The bf and I came here to watch the Heats v. Bulls game while we were on our Disneyworld vacay. Loved all the big screens; perfect for watching ANY games. The waiter was awesome! He was very attentive and even changed the main TV in front of us to the bball game for us. Â The food was great compared to the food in DisneyWorld. We ordered bout 36 wings [half with Asian Zing and half with Mango Hab (FAB!)] and fries. So delish that we finished it all.
Review Source:I absolutely cannot believe anyone was rating this place 4 or 5 stars!!!! UGH!!!! Please do NOT go here for the food. I suppose it could be adequate for beer and/or watching sports.
This was - no lie - the worst meal I have ever paid for! The chicken salad ($8-$10) is less appetizing than one from McDonalds. Loads of iceberg lettuce and not much else. Seriously about 2 oz of rubber chicken on top, some croutons and cheese.
Everything else was equally horrible. Completely cold fries, mediocre wings and the slowest kitchen service ever.
I felt sorry for our server - he tried hard but the absolutely horrific food could not be salvaged by any amount of customer service.
Pass
I love Buffalo Wild Wings! The food here is delicious! They got some of the best chicken wings with like 10 (maybe more) sauces to choose from so everyone can find something they like. The chicken wings are cooked perfectly with the right amount of crisp so that when coated with sauce it isn't soggy. The drinks here are good too. The prices are decent especially if you catch them during happy hour. Great service, food, and atmosphere.
