EPIC C@CK-UP. Long table wait bc the host forgot us; 1hr wait for my drink, so server sent 2nd bar order, then tells me the liquor's out, yet 1hr later the barhop yells accross the patio, "WHO KEEPS ORDERING THIS?! That liquor's out!" (doesn't offer me another drink). Over 2.5hr wait for food -no exaggeration- some dishes took ANOTHER 15mins to arrive; multiple incorrect orders, yet extra dishes were delivered that no one ordered (like fries); our waters & drinks were not refilled ONCE. It took an another 40mins to get our checks & 75% had errors (like billing for those items never ordered). It took 4 reprintings, another 20mins, & the manager to get JUST MY bill right. Manager asked what happened, I calmly told her the above, and she didn't offer me anything in response, just let me pay $50 for 4hrs of the worst restaurant experience ever. NEVER RETURNING. Shameful.
Review Source:I have ate here 3 times. I was so excited cause I love wings! The first time all was top notch wings were delicious. The second all was good except the sauce. I ordered teriyaki it was so gingery to the point of being bitter, sweet barbecue not sweet at all. All and all was good. Looking forward to eating there again. 3rd and final time. Went in on Wednesday place was dead. They had done away with front service so you had to go to bar. Saw bartender and employee eating at table. Only 2 employees. Far cry from previous visit they were falling over each other. It didn't take very long to get order. Of course I had to sample on the way home. For 18 dollars after tip, I ended up with 10 dryed out tuff wings. . It was like chicken you get out of the hot case at grocery store! I was seriously pissed. When I got home called manager . I know they were precooked she insisted they weren't. I told her they tasted like crap! This is your Damb speciality. She told me I could get my money back but the wings were fine. What a joke! Then she hung up on me! Great way to treat a customer. That must be why nobody was eating there. On the way out. I seen a family eating who were obviously trying to find a waitress. Â Looks like just another crappy resterant selling crapy food!! NEVER go back!!!
Review Source:Went here the other day. As expected the place was big and open with lots of TV's that had all the games on. I could see my favorite scores of who was winning. The food was good. Maybe a slight over priced but I was ok with it. The bartender however was a fool. His name they said was Scott. Didn't know how to make my simple drink. And took forever to get our bill from him. 20 employees walking around and seemed it was always "shift change" We will go to Boston's next door from now on. It's a shame.
Review Source:Food is alright, for a wings joint you'd expect them to maybe not average a dollar a wing but a good selection of sauces. Atmosphere is great. Games of every type anytime of the day. Sit in the bar and make sure a guy named Scott helps you out. He hustles and checks in often that your doing alright
Review Source:Service 5 stars
Beer selection 4 stars
Food 5 stars ( best wings in all the lands)
Location off the freeway is easy and quick.
This is the place for wings and to watch sports. Â Can be a tad loud but it's not as loud as the Lynnwood location. Â
Manager is cool. Â Staff is great. Â Food great ( for wings) and the beer selection is good. Â Don't expect diner plates and silverware, it's not that type of place.
Jamaican jerk, Asian zing and spicy garlic are my sauces of choice.
My wife loves the wings, but the burgers are an overpriced joke (adult and kids alike). Fries were also weak. My black & blue burger wasn't actually "blackened"; it actually tasted like it was covered in Lauery's Salt. I might have gone with 3 stars, but they price the 3 star food like it's a solid 4 stars. Service was friendly though.
Review Source:This place is pretty good, the manager is a nice guy. Also, the wings are great and Wing Tuesdays are a great deal. An excellent place to get wings, and their variety of sauces are quite nice. My personal favorite is Asian Zing. We sat outside and we were able to see a cat that lived in a drain pipe nearby. I personally thought it was a nice cat, but some people might not like the idea of feral animal living near. One of our friends volunteered to catch it, so it should be gone soon if you're worried.
I would come back to this restaurant, as it is very close and has a good deal the day we go. I recommend it if you like wings.
Finally got a chance to try this new location near me. As far as the Buffalo Wild Wings chain goes, everything is there from the sports memorabilia to the trivia.
The wings we had were good. They came out hot, as did the fried mushrooms. Maybe a little too hot, actually, because it took some serious blowing before we were able to eat them without burning our mouth. A manager came by and asked if our food was hot and mentioned that they had been receiving complaints about food being cold, so I'm guessing that was the reason for the slight overcompensation of heat. Flavor-wise, everything tasted just like it always does. We love the parmesan garlic and it was still delicious.
This visit we tried a lunch special that came with 8 boneless wings and fries. The value was great, I thought, although I'd like to have an option for multiple sauces and not just one. We tried their cherry and huckleberry limeades for the first time and they were both fantastic! I've always thought that Sonic had the best cherry limeade but this one beat it out for me.
It was rather slow while we were there and we got a lot of attention. One unfortunate blunder during this visit was that our appetizer came out with our meals and all of the food came out before we got anything to drink. This may be an isolated incident but it's hard to excuse when there were so many employees standing around doing nothing due to the low customer count at the time.
I'm sure we'll still frequent this location because we love BWW, but this wasn't my favorite experience ever. This restaurant has some growing up to do and I'll update my review when they have.
My family went here  to help support a local soccer team with fund raising. We all ordered the wings as that is what they are known for. Service was OK, wait staff was a bit spacey.  They seemed to go in waves with being helpful or disappear for awhile.  Food was decent. It was hot and all of us enjoyed the taste. We were a bit surprised at the cost of a basket of fries. It was $5.00 and looked like two fast food containers dumped into a small paper basket. The decor was OK, sports bar feel and really loud inside. We sat out on the patio as it was quieter with two kids.  It was an Ok experience but probably will not rush back anytime soon.
Review Source:Marysville needed this place! So nice and casual inside. The service is so friendly! Had chips and salsa for an appetizers along with potato wedges. For my meal I had boneless wings. And I also had no sauce. I got the sauces on the side so I could try the dozens of sauces they offer! I definately recommend that. I had the asian one and the garlic. Both are super great. Great place will be back!
Review Source:We were looking forward to finally trying Buffalo Wild Wings and what a disappointment!! We made our order and a few minutes later the waitress came by with a big stack of napkins cause the "wings are messy". I then very nicely (was not irritated at that point at all) told her that I thought I had forgotten to order my wings boneless and asked if it was too late to change. She told me that the combo I ordered came with half and half. I told her very nicely (cause it wasn't that big of a deal) that it was fine. After apologizing over and over and over and me saying no really it's fine over and over and over, she offered to talk to the manager about changing it. By then I was a little irritated... It really made me feel like I was being difficult when it truly was a nonissue! The food did come quickly and I immediately saw a hair on top of my Ranch. They took it away and a replacement was brought by the manager who talked not only about the hair, but in again about the boneless order thing I never really cared that much about in the first place! I finally got a taste of my food and sadly it was lukewarm at best and borderline cold. My wings tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. We ended up paying $50 for that meal.... We certainly won't be going back; should have gone to KFC :(
Review Source:The other reviews for this place are way to harsh. They have the best wings around and the service is fantastic. I agree that its too loud in there but I went in today and it seemed to be turned down a bit. The other food seemed decent although I haven't tried it yet. I was impressed with the wait staff. Everyone was eager to help and best of all ITS FUN IN THERE. Awesome wings, cool atmosphere and every sports game you can imagine what's not to like? Plus they have every boxing and ufc pay per view without a cover. Any fight fan knows this is very rare. Â Recommended.
Review Source:Very nice selection of items and food was great!  My husband got the pretzel sandwich with brat and hamburger - it was soooo delicious!  I got famous boneless wings.  Not disappointed at all.  There was a little wait but the manager and waitress were very anxious to please.  Very  helpful and satisfying,  will definitely return with friends.
Review Source:This establishment opened up at Smokey Point a few weeks ago. Â My husband saw on TV that it's one of the fastest growing restaurants in the U.S. right now, so we thought we'd give it a try. Â We went for lunch on a Sunday, around noon. Â It was not very busy. Â There were maybe 20 guests and probably double the number of employees, mostly young high school or college-aged kids. Â My first thought was, Wow, how do they make any money?
Read on....
Exterior: The restaurant is located in what used to be "Famous Footwear" in a strip mall. It is not a stand-alone building. Â However, when compared to the two other similar priced restaurants in the same parking lot (Boston's and Red Robin), it is clear that BWW constructed everything on the cheap end. Â In other words, they could have added a few baskets of hanging flowers or plants out front to give the restaurant a little curb appeal. Â
Interior: The inside of the restaurant is equally as plain jane as the outside. Â It looks like a cafeteria. Â There is basically one dining room full of chairs and tables with a few booths lining the perimeter. Most restaurants of this size have partitions or walls sectioning off various parts of the restaurant, to give a more cozy atmosphere, but there was nothing too inviting about BWW. Â Â
The Menu: I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Ranch Wrap, and my husband ordered the Hot Dog Slammers. Â The drinks were expensive! Â $3.80 for a soda (unlimited refills) - generally $2.50 elsewhere. Â Our 4-year-old was with us and I told the waiter that I would be sharing with her, and would like an extra plate. Â
The Presentation: Â So, according to their menu, "all wraps are served with tortilla chips and salsa". Â I got fries with my wrap. Â Not really a big deal, but when I pointed it out to the waiter she said "oh, well all of our wraps are served with fries, so I'm not really sure why are menu says that?". Â No offer to fix the error. Â My husband's Hot Dog Slammers, which were described as "three mini dogs", was actually 1 hot dog cut in half. Â It was definitely not as described. Â My wrap was o.k., but definitely not worth the $9.99 price point. It was equivalent to Taco Bell quality.
Other Accoutrements: Â This is the first restaurant that has actually screwed up when I have asked for an extra plate for my daughter. Â How hard is it to bring an extra plate? Â Instead, she was brought some flimsy paper tray, like one would get their french fries served in at a ball field. Additionally, the silverware was literally the cheapest pieces of metal I have ever seen. Â They looked like the Dollar Store's silverware. Â
So basically, I would sum up Buffalo Wild Wings as CHEAP.
1. Cheap Exterior
2. Cheap Interior
3. Cheap Food
4. Cheap Service
5. The bathrooms were decent, so for that they get 1 star.
The food was great but... Â Â Â Â Â Â the service was quite awful. It took about 45 min to get our check, even after telling the manager. They messed our drinks up twice and at the end, the manager came to the table (We assumed) to apologize for the poor service. But he didn't! all he said to us was about the servey he wanted us to fill out
Review Source:I went this afternoon for some wings and a few beers. Food was good, beer was cold, sevice was as expected for a place that hasnt been open but a week or two.
My only compaint... The beer... when pouring a beer FILL THE CUP UP!!! I sat at the bar and watched different bar tenders pouring different level in both short and tall glasses of draft beers. I ordered two Mac n Jack in a tall glass. There was nearly 2 inches of head on one, and a good inch on the other.
I'll go back, but if it happens again, I will not go back to this location, which sucks as I'm 3 minutes away... Bostons is in the same parking lot...
So, this was my first time hitting up the Buffalo Wild Wings chain. The restaurant had only been open for less than a week when we went here. So obviously that lead to minor kinks in service.
We were overall satisfied with the service, our waitress, Jess, was very polite and helpful. She explained the menu and answered any questions that we had.
I ordered from the "Lunch Madness" menu, which consists of regular priced menu items that are cheaper during the lunch time frame. I got the wings with about half a basket of fries. I ordered 2 different sauces on the wings, garlic parmesan and jalepeno. Everything was filling and tasty.
The menu had probably 20 or 30 different variations of sauces, so lot's to pick from. They have burgers and a few other kid type items, so the whole family should be able to find something that they like.
I think we'll be back when it's time for our next meat fix.
