While not the best wings in town (that title goes to the Despo), this place definitely satisfied my late night wing craving after work. Â Some of my co-workers and I went here the other night for beer and apps.
We got an order of 12 wings, Hot and Asian Zing; both were really good but I loooved the Asian Zing were spicy, tangy and sweet all at the same time...mmmm. Â Furthermore, most of the wings in each batch were the actual flat wing (which I prefer) with a few drumstick-style wings.
Buffalo Wild Wings also has a great beer selection too...I had a couple of tall Dead Guy Ales...delicious! Â I would like to try more of their wing flavors and fried pickles in the future.
This is a great place to go with friends and to watch sports on a big screen.
This BWW is SO inconsistent -- more miss than hit, unfortunately. There are often issues with cooking (undercooked wings and wedges), and last time I got a go order my wings were nearly completely dry. Honestly, that's not a hard thing to catch -- add more sauce and we're a-ok. Couple that with the fact that they have forgotten something from my order the last 4 go orders, and I am not a happy camper. I don't care if your business model is centered on volume or not, if you put out bad food or forget your customer's order, you are not doing your job.
In terms of food quality, they should take a hint from the BWW in Helena, it's much better
I must admit that if I go here it is only on their special Tuesday traditional wing night which apparently is more expense these days than it used to be. If you go during happy hour it can be even more inexpensive. The trivia is fun also. This place is soo much better than hooters as far as wings and food goes.
Review Source:Tuesday for cheap bone-in wing night is my favorite. Try the challenge and try a dozen of the 'Blazing' wings. only the mighty survive. Muahahaha. I've also been here on cheap tenders night and it's all right too. You can play trivia if you want but nobody takes it seriously. Expand your horizons and try all the different sauces too!
Review Source:I've been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings since 1999, when I lived in Ohio. When it comes to wings, these are my favorite. All the sauces are worth a try. This restaurant is based around sports. This is the place to watch multiple sporting events at the same time. Because of this, this place is extremely noisy. The rest of the food is just "good". But like I tell people," it's not called Buffalo Wild Hamburgers, so why order one.". Give the wings a try, and you'll never want to eat wings anywhere else.
Review Source:Took my wife because of the stories I'd told her about going to BW3s in Ohio. Not our thing, but thought we'd go for the fun of it. Placed our order and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Never got any drink refills. Finally asked after our order, and the waitress apparently forgot to put it in. We decided to leave. Wasn't busy, and there were plenty of staff wandering around. Just a bad experience all around; we won't be back.
Review Source:My husband and I took our girls there the other day. The waitress was totally bad. She rang in our drinks wrong and then explained to us how she had screwed up and why we were going to get charged more. She never fixed it because apparently she didn't want to explain that whole damn thing to the manager. It was busy. However, our wing appetizer FINALLY came after the entire meal had come and been eaten and we had complained that we didn't get it yet and the waitress had tried to explain it away AGAIN! I was thoroughly annoyed with her by the time we left. Good thing the food was good and the set up is awesome. The chicken saved her ass...
