Buffalo Wild Wings

Maybe an off night, but our service was terrible. I've been to other locations in the "bdubs" franchise and never had it so bad. Sat at the table for close to 15 minutes before someone came for our drink order. A waiter who we flagged down was very apologetic. Then 10 more minutes for our drinks, delivered by a different waiter. A waitress followed shortly after, took our order, and we didn't see her again until the food arrived. We were able to get another member of the wait staff to refill our drinks in the meantime. Food arrived with my sandwich not prepared the way I asked, and my date's fries cold. She was very sweet about fixing things. To further add to the night's frustration they had some sort of problem with their satellite feed, and the game we came out to watch, was unable to be shown, and instead was left on some  blank flashing screen saver. We never did get a straight answer as to what was going on there.

Food: 5/5 Best wings in town in my opinion!
Service: 4/5 Good Waiters and Waitresses!
Atmosphere: 5/5 Tv's everywhere, good for sporting events, really fun place!
