Carter's Nearly World Famous Hot Dogs

Every year when I travel to Muncie, IN for the National Model Airplane Championships, I look forward to Mark's Polish dogs.

Everyday rain or shine and with temperatures in the 90's we can count on Mark and his traveling gourmet hot dog stand to be there for us on the flying field.

His Polish sausage is my personal favorite. Full of flavor with just the right amount of spice to keep it interesting. Some mustard and kraut are all I need on top to keep me happy. Mark's bratwursts are my second choice, bursting with flavor and milder than the Polish dogs.

I hate to say this but living in NYC, I think we still have the best hot dogs in the country. Nathan's and Hebrew National just cant be beat.

But when traveling through Muncie, IN be sure to give Mark's dogs a try. You will not be disappointed!

Oh...how thinking about Carter's Hot Dogs brings back memories!  

It's the grated cheese...another review had it right.  The grated cheese over the homemade chili = the perfect way to end a night out in the Village near BSU.
