It's an overpriced restaurant cashing in on the wing craze.
Pros:
-Big selection of wing sauces
-Has a decent amount of other menu options
Cons:
-Every single thing here is overpriced
-Just about everything on the menu besides the wings is extremely subpar and bland
-Service is pretty awful. Waitstaff is only available during peak hours and when they are, they bring you your food and you'll be lucky if you get a refill. Most of them are passive-aggressive and rude.
-The wings themselves aren't as good as local, non-chain restaurants in the area.
-They charge you for dipping sauce and celery on their discount days
Really a fan of this particular location. Â They didn't have a good option on their drafts (all light american pilsner crap). Â I emailed and asked to get a good pull in there, and they asked what kind. Â I suggested Surly Furious, and they had a line of it 2 weeks later! Â
Great job listening to the customer. Â Thank you!
I had not been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a while so I was excited to return. I was also excited to try the new sauces they were promoting everywhere in the store. Turns out, they had run out of both of the new sauces. I don't know who is responsible for making sure sauces are in stock but that was pretty poor.
The service was good but the fact that they had run out of their two new sauces ruined the visit for me.
It is what it is: an advanced sports bar. "Advanced" meaning they have a wide food selection and the family can eat here (as is evidenced by all the youth sports teams and their parents who frequent this place during tournament time). They've got 50 million flat screens and it's a great place to watch sports.
The secret of BWW Plymouth is in the personal touch. The staff always takes care of the "regulars," even to the point of remembering your drink preference and favorite meals. (the cynic would say this means you hang out at sports bars too much and/or have no life).
OK, not a bad place to go BUT.
If you have the name "Buffalo Wild Wings" and you are selling your business as a Wing place than you would think that the Wings would be focus number one, not just the sauces.
They do have a nice selection of sauces to try and the wings are OK. The ones I got looked like braised rabbit, they were way overcooked and looked shrunken and dried out. The medium sauce was good but I have had better, the hot sauce was not very good at all. You can make a hot sauces that has a great burn but can be eaten. This sauce burned your mouth and had very little appeal, don't get me wrong I love hot spicy food but this was just burn and no flavor.
The Blue Cheese sauce was gross, from a large bottle or jug and really poor. Your a wing place, take 5 minutes and make your own Blue Cheese sauce, it's not that hard and something that makes a huge difference. One of the down falls to chains is they don't pay attention to the details.
Over all this is a good place to watch a game, get together with friends and have a bite I just wish a place like this could get out of the chain groove and really make something special.

B Dubs allows this side of Plymouth to have a pseudo-bar scene, in the sense that any place that serves wings and beers is more bar than restaurant.
The wings are always delicious and over the years, the menu has been refined to a point of goodness. Â Its an easy place to bring kids for lunch or to watch a game with your pals. Â The drink specials are decent.
Mostly, I just love the potpourri of sauce choices as well as the cheapo wing-nights.
The kids totally adore this place. Â They love playing the trivia and the new video game you bring back to the table. Â We get a huge pile of wings and some garden salads and go nuts. Â It's a regular place for us. Â The service is always lovely and who doesn't love a room full of TVs?
