I've visited many BW3 locations throughout the years. Â By far, this has been the most unenjoyable experience. Â It wasn't just one visit, but after about a half dozen, that I make this assessment. Â The front counter rarely is aware of what is happening on the floor, even though it is in full view of the reception desk. Â The food has always been overlooked with the wings being on the crispy end of the spectrum. Â Finally, being helped following seating seems to take twice as long as other locations. Â If you can get there, the Bellbrook and Beavercreek locations are MUCH better...with Beavercreek being ideal. Â Even the one by Ikea down in Cincy is better than Springboro. Â Can't say I won't eat here again, but it will be out of shear convenience rather than preference.
Review Source:Had dinner here with my wife 2 days ago. Â It was nice out, so we sat on the patio. Â Ordered soft pretzels with queso. Â The queso was putrid, according to my wife, tried to get me to try it, and I just looked at her like "fuck you, mmk?" Â I tried one of the pretzels they were desert dry. Â Regular wedges with sour cream were good. Â Rib & shrimp combo was overpriced for value at $12.59. Â Handful of shrimp, handful of fries, and two baby, baby rib cuts. Â All tasty with Parmesean Garlic for dipping, but left me hungry and too small of portion for the price. Â Server was ok, polite, drinks were kept full. Â It was nice a relaxing on the patio....until the smokers showed up. Â WTF, man? Â Really, you're gonna fire up a Winston UPwind of me? Â Thanks pal. Â Hey where are you sitting inside, so I can crop dust you and your table? Â You wouldn't mind that, wouldja? Â (Google Urban Dictionary Crop Dusting if you don't know).
Didn't expect to spend $27 pre-tip for two. Â Poor value.
Go to BW's all the time but tonight I had 3 teanagers with me along with 3 kids under 10. The waiter was the man (seriously ask for Trey!!), the place was packed for $.55 wing night but he didn't miss a beat! Glasses full and food was right!!
The only thing I have a problem with is the $.60 for ranch/blue cheese. Usually it comes with your meal but cause of the cheaper wings we must pay the piper.
PS...the Asian Zing is outta this world amazing!!
BWW is almost always too loud for me unless I'm watching a game or UFC on the big screens. It's really too loud to go to with friends that we want to visit with, and it's a little dark if I feel like reading while I'm eating by myself. I like the flatbreads, and most of the food is pretty good but not great. I do love that they have Sam Adams Octoberfest on draft and trivia. One thing I have found to be consistent is that the service out on the patio is terrible. Inside the restaurant it's not bad.
