  The service was great (had beer and nachos at the bar) but the food could have been much better.  It was late and we were hungry but I didn't really enjoy what I ate.  They could do much better.

  This place is so disgusting! Everything, from the service to the food, is entirely disappointing!
  
  I received their menu at my dad's office so we decided to try it out. The place itself (tables, chairs, decorations, etc) looks extremely cheap. All of the (frozen) ingredients they used in their food are cheap and of the lowest quality you can find. What is even more ridiculous is that their prices are also disappointing-- they charge extra for everything you order and try to rip you off any way they can.
  
  It's definitely the worst sports bar I've ever been to and I am dumbfounded that this is a chain with so many venues.

  The well below par food is WAY overpriced.  The place is clean and contemporary fwiw.  If your sense of taste is lacking and you dont mind getting gypped, this is your place.

  I also  loved this place when it first opened. The food was good, portions big, service was fast and efficient.
  
  We kept going back and then football started. From that time on, we were unable to get in on Sat or Sun for hours. People would fill the bar , booths and outside srea and stay for hours. We showed up during the start of a game and were told by the hostess that it owuld be after the game before there were any tables available. She suggested we find another restaurant. OK. Fair enough.
  
  Going back during the week was very disapprointing.
  
  Food was overcooked, and quality had lessened. I ordered a steak and sent it back 2 times as it was full of fat and gristle AND medium to well when I asked for med rare. Servers had too many tables (and it wasn't full) so water and refills were done by who ever we could grab to fill up our glass. The sandwichs, while still big were on hard bread and not flavorful. The chix wings are still pretty good, but the rest of the menu was just not very good. However, most of the sandwichs were about $8-10 each, so if you like it, the value is there.
  
  The bar was packed with people drinking beer and eating chicken wings, and they looked pretty happy. Maybe that is the best  way to enjoy it here. Come for the game and enjoy the crowds. For me, it just isn't worth the hassle based on the quality of food or the service.

  I have never experienced worst service or managerial skills.   Instead of being a facilitator their manager was confrontational and threatening.  I would avoid this place at all cost. And if I were the owner I would fire the GM as his attitude is reflected among the staff!

  Had 2 good visits when they first opened and then a few months ago the food came to the table cold but our server was on the ball and fixed it for us.  Figured I'd give them another shot last night and what a disaster!  Waited for 20+ minutes for a table when there were empty tables throughout the place-the greeter said the manager told them to wait to seat people(?!?).  Finally got seated and had time to go through the whole menu w/out so much as a sign of our waiter "Josh" to take a drink order.  He finally showed up after 10 minutes to bring drinks to the table next to us and then walked right by us.  Returned about 5 minutes later to bring more drinks to the table next to us and walked by us AGAIN!  At that point I got up and left that is one place that will NEVER see me and my hard earned money ever again.

  One of our new hangs. Service - Awesome, Food - On Point,  Wall to Wall TV Screens and open late. Watch out for the HUGE "Cheescake Factory" style servings.
