Burger King

The Good - The place is clean!  Over the past several years I've noticed that Burger Kings were becoming dirty, but this one is clean.  

The Bad - This place is slow... and I do mean really, really slow.   And it's no wonder either.   5 people in line, 4 people standing in the front part of the counter, a manager, a cashier, and two people serving the window.  All four stand about chatting while a "SINGLE" person is in the back kitchen area making all the meals.   The Manager should have either gone back into the kitchen herself or sent one of the 3 standing idyll by doing nothing into the back to help get things moving!

I was able to see the clock counter for my order which passed 11 minutes.  Generally it's around 3 to 4 minutes!

This Burger King has got its customer service down. We attend a monthly meeting in Crystal Lake. We stopped here on the way home. The cashier was on top of everything. The food arrived in a very quick. Thank you for the lovely experience, keep up the good work:)
