Thats Amore Pizza

Drive by too fast and you might just miss this little place. After getting a recommendation to come here, I finally had a chance to stop in- I'm glad I did. They have a good variety of pizzas to choose from and the slices are $2 and that includes an amazing garlic knot (think huge buttery garlicky roll)

Check 'em out if you enjoy NY style slices. The thin crust was nice and crispy on the bottom but not over done on top. They also have more than just pizza.

After all the 4-5 stars reviews I decided to pick up 3 pizzas to bring to a business partners office for lunch. Pizza isn't bad, it just seems like it's missing something. Maybe add a bit more spices to the sauce. The Garlic Knots are really good, but the marinara sauce it came with was bland just like the pizza sauce.
I would try this place again, but it would never stack up to the pizza joints in the city or nearby suburbs like Cicero.

Great BBQ Chicken pizza. It is NY style but a little thicker than what I have had in the past.
