Perfect place for a cappuccino, breakfast sandwich, and some time to read.  Pick a table in the courtyard or next to the French doors that lead to the courtyard.  You will be in tranquility.

What could be better than a sunny Saturday, ukuleles and a nice iced tea? An amazing breakfast!

All of this and more at this popular San Clemente outdoor/indoor cafe. (although, check out the indoors - love the decor!)

I ordered a bagel with smoked salmon, lox, red onion, capers and avocado, sprinkled with lemon pepper. Can't go wrong with that. My daughter ordered a breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, provolone, feta and bacon, with a delicious dipping sauce. Very tasty and a must try.

You can even bring your pups - they provide the treats and water.

Been going to Calypso for many years, just the best place for a healthy meal and great coffee drinks and smoothies. Hanging out on the patio and meeting up with friends couldn't be better. Feels like a great plaza in Spain, very European feel to it, we have business meetings there, as well, very comfortable, great things get done at the Cafe Calypso... a 'must do' in San Clemente!
