  I have purchased sandwiches here for my family about 2 times a month for the past 4 months (we moved here in July).  For the most part the staff is nice.  They are all younger and it appears that they are playful behind the counter.  My typical order ranges from $40.00 to $60.00.  Today I ordered $48.00 worth of food and I was the only one in the store.  There were 6 employees behind the counter.  While I was waiting for my sandwiches I got a soda from the case and was looking for chips to add to the order.  As I trying to decide what chips to get one of the "Kids" behind the counter yelled over to the other "Kids" "what's he getting" then they yelled my order over and rang me up.  The "Kid" behind the counter says to my back because I am still looking at chips "that will be $48.00".  Needless to say I didn't buy any chips but I did ask if he was in a hurry.  My sandwiches were ready and i took them home.  I ordered a large Roast Beef everything sweet with mayo.  I opened the wrapper and was instantly disappointed.  The meat was dry and looked and tasted old.  I am disappointed with the service and the sandwich.  I will not be ordering from there any time soon.

  Excellent sub shop. So many great sandwiches, the Bobby, the Capistrami and more. And the cheese steak is excellent. They knobs to strait with good fresh rolls and the. Add the right amount of ingredients so it's a properly loaded sandwich. And for phone orders, they are always ready the moment I walk in.
