I'm only giving it 3 stars because I'm not too satisfied with my experience last Saturday. I thought this joint is similar to the Bohemian Club or Reggae Club in Seattle, but the joint is pretty much dead when I got there at 11pm, it should have been crowdy and lively by then, but for some weird reason, the club reminded me of some Italian Cemetery with loud music and with bunch of mexican dudes, a couple of midgets DJs, the toothless White Puerto Rican Bartender Granny, and maybe 3 or 4 females including the waitresses(they are fine looking latinas though). The music could do better(mostly played Mexican music, they should mixed it up with some Reggae, Merengue, Cha Cha and some slowjams, R&B, or some hiphop)... after all, the name of the joint is Caribe, right?? so I expect more Carribean  style music..The drinks are fairly price and well-mixed, but not the best.
FYI, besides the $10 cover, Â they also charged $3 dollars for parking, I would rather go to downtown and pay that for parking there and have 3 or 5 bars to hop on as I please, or get some nasty burritos down the corner.
Lesson I learned, I will try to go there after midnight and if it's still dead, I wont come back again.
