I stop in here every once in a while when I am visiting a friend in town. The food is your average frozen food and their menu is the size of a small phone book! The food used to be a lot better but apparently they switched food venders. I suggest they specialize in one style of food instead of offering everything in the book: mexican, american, greek etc. Stick to simple sports bar type food and make it with fresh ingredients instead of frozen garbage! This place has recently changed owners and is very poorly ran and never has any specials other then a simple happy hour! The bartenders on the weekend are friendly and make decent cocktails but sometimes appear more intoxicated then the patrons! Make sure you stop in before sundown because after dark your more likely to get mugged or have your car broken into! Also stay away from sitting outside on the patio because they tables are broken and you will probably be asked for a cigarette or some change from one of the many panhandlers in the area!
Review Source:Well this was the next bar down the street to visit, and being we're middle aged, it was another pleasant surprise, a diverse crowd both as far as ages & races, a plus! We being newcomers felt very comfortable, the bartenders were right on!!! Â the prices were moderate and did I mention they had Hangar 24 beer on tap!! YAH!! Â They serve food and appetizers, they have pool tables, & some arcade games, kiddos were around, so thats nice to know... we sat next to an older gent, sippin on his drink, & enjoying a steak chatting a bit, and then another fella came by to chit chat about his pimped out ride (this an older gent too, I love it!!!) and then the younger crowd crept by, probably college students from University, and they were cool, all & all everyone there was well mannered and cool, the service was great and we fit right in, definitely going back to watch the upcoming games.......again Yah....

To call this place a dive bar is an insult to good dive bars. If you want a good steak and shrimp dinner for cheap, go to Sundowners off of Orange Show Rd.

If you're looking for a cheap steak dinner - this us your spot. Their steak specials are legendary - too bad the taste reflects the cheap price. Usually a good lunch stop, later in the day & weekends can be different.
When we visit without guests it seems easier to deal with the wait. Last visit though we met my sister Cathy who also invited her friend -- and her friends son & his friend. Well, you know who got stuck with the bill! Something about treating a stranger to dinner you've never met & getting a "cool dude" as thanks.
It seems that my sister & friend had a long history of hassle with our waitress also an owner. Needless to say we had a most miserable experience, cold food, long wait punctuated by verbal obscenities by the above-mentioned girls.
Haven't been back since & have no intention of returning.
This place is great! Sure, the service can be slow at times, but I'm not here for the service. It's a sports bar! In any case, the staff has always been friendly and accommodating. It's a cool place to come chill around some food and drinks. I'm from the Midwest, so I'm picky about my steak, but the steaks here are done just right! Medium rare actually comes out medium rare. The Tuesday and Saturday steak specials are just awesome. This place is definitely one of my favorite places to eat.
Review Source:I've been here numerous times since 2001. Â Every time I go back it just gets worse and worse. Â This is not so much as an indictment of Celebrities as it is of North San Bernardino. Â If you want to get shot, skived, robbed or worse, then Celebrities is the place for you. Â
The atmosphere is not that great, the food is mediocre and the drinks, well you can get drunk anywhere. Â If you go here, wear a vest and stay in the corner! Â I gave it two stars, because back in the day it was the place to be, so you might find a few people who are decent and want to have a good time. Â Most likely you are going to get the stare down from the homies for happening to look their way.
This is the place to go if your world is the north end of San Bernardino and you are clueless that their are better places to get your drink on.  The place has the dregs of society, shot out cougars, scum bags from Muscoy, and throw in a few Hells Angeles and you have your typical Friday night.  The drinks are  strong, but it doesn't make up for the marginal service and management who allow the patrons to get out of hand.  While dive bars can be cool, this place has just turned to crap.  I guess the owner just rakes in the money and doesn't care about his customers safety
Review Source:I can have fun in just about any bar; even the dive bars.  The good thing about dive bars is that everyone in there is kind of a freak, so they just want to be left alone.  When a jerk comes into a dive bar, you can pretty easily spot him, and the bartender keeps an eye out, so your evening just goes along.  Well Celebrities isn't even a dive bar in that respect, even though they try to come off as  "respectable".  The atmosphere is ok, and there's tons of TV's, but without exception, every time I've been there, there's been a fight.  Fights happen at bars, but these owners sit and let the trouble escalate because they don't want to lose paying customers.  I've seen 3 instances where someone behind the bar should have told the troublemaker to quiet down or leave, or at least sit him down and get him a cup of coffee.  Not here!  They let the lout run his big mouth all night, then finally he annoyed someone to the point where a fight began.  That has been the exact experience I've seen 4 times.  The fourth time was my last to go there.  They have some decent deals, they have some pretty waitresses, but if you want a fun non-violent time out, DON'T GO THERE.  I don't care what it looks like, the odds are there's going to be a brawl.
Review Source:One of San Berdoo's more popular watering holes,Celebrities offers a a full dinner menu accompanied by a full bar. Sports are the order of business here,with tv's lining the perimeter and a big screen on stage. Like to dance? You can do that here ,as well as getting in a few games of pool. Live music is featured  from time to time as too.The service has always been good and the prices keep you coming back. San Bernardinos version of Cheers.
